Aaron was so great to work with! He was very responsive, professional and punctual. He answered all of my questions and worked with my schedule! The crew worked quick and left the house as clean as it was when they got there. I could not be any happier with the way the floors turned out! They have a beautiful shine, but don't look "too wet" (as my fiance likes to say). I would definitely hire Aaron again and probably will for the rest of the floors as we get to refinishing other parts of the house.

I work in the construction industry and know how hard it is to find people who do work to my standards and with whom I'd want to work again. This was my first project using Aaron's team and AG Construction and it was for my personal home, which was built in 1962 and has very warn old hardwood and vinyl throughout. We are extremely particular and have incredibly high expectations so we can be a tough customer for teams. My husband had chosen a very unique technique utilizing a product that many floor specialists are unfamiliar with and Aaron worked with us prior to the project to listen and learn what we wanted and how we wanted it done. At every point of the project, which entailed three distinctively different steps and a waiting period between, Aaron checked in to make sure each step was done to our specifications. We even ran into a potential issue of the old and new floors not matching, but found a way to get them to blend perfectly. I highly recommend this company and team and look forward to hiring them for my next project.

It went very well. This is a complicated project as you have to remove everything from the rooms and not walk on the floors for 2 days while the work is done. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. My only complaint is that they didn't explain much about some marks on the floor - if anything could have been done to get rid of them.

Aaron was very professional and met with me a couple times to make sure the process ran smoothly. The guys showed up on the date promised and the job was done in the 2 day timeline promised. I had some questions about a couple things, but Aaron came out personally to inspect the job and explain things to me. Overall, I love my new flooring.

Good. I needed to remind them of the stain color and the varnish finish, but after that, everything went like clockwork and the job was done very well indeed.

Our floors had not been refinished for over 20 years, there were several areas of water damage & a number of damaged & gouged wood planks. The workmen paid great attention to details, fixing all problem areas, the floors are like new. Magnificent! AG even refinished at no extra cost all 7 of our floor registers (oak) which we had forgotten to include in our contract. The whole process went extremely well

Aaron arrived on time to look at our floors and take measurements, and he gave my husband and I a realistic appraisal of the work that needed to be done to repair the damaged parts of the floor. He promptly sent us an estimate and worked with us to get the work done in time for us to move in to our new house. When he and his team were finished, the floors looked fantastic and the house looked like new! We are very pleased with how the floors turned out and with the excellent customer service.

The floors were great. The painting was good but we agreed there was some touch up needed, which has been scheduled.

We couldn't be more satisfied. Doing the floors was a last minute decision, and the team made room for us on our schedule, between painting and moving in, without sacrificing quality. They arrived a few minutes early to start work. They kept us informed about each stage of progress. And the result is excellent -- and at a price that we feel is better than fair.
