+ -1 moreIt succeeded. It has been 3 months since the work was done and there have been no more leaks. The owners are transparent and down-to-earth. They don't try to sell you something that you don't need. The price was much better than the other two quotes I received. The only negative point is that I wish they would have warned me about the mess I would have in my attic afterwards (lots of grit and wood scraps) so that I could've placed a tarp there to catch it. However, that's history now and I'm relieved to have a trustworthy roof. (Re-shingling and patching with other contractors didn't work for me.)
Description of Work: The roof was replaced. All shingles removed and bad wood replaced.

Description of Work: I called Wallace Roofing at the beginning of April for an estimate on replacing a flat roof on the back of my house. We had a major leak that destroyed the ceiling and had water pouring in every time it rained. The roof decking and the wood supporting the roof was rotting and splitting. I received the estimate at the end of April and promptly paid one- third of the total cost. I heard nothing from the company; therefore, by the end of July I called them. I received a call back message stating that I was 10 days out from having the repairs if it didn't rain. 30 days later I received a call scheduling the repairs. The cost of the project was expensive, but based on another contractor's opinion, the quality of the work was excellent and the cost reasonable. They were very professional and cleaned up all of the debris. There has been significant rain since the repair and there have been no leaks. Simply based on the quality of the work, I would use Wallace again.
