After multiple calls in May of 2015, they finally returned my call. We spoke on the phone for a bit, Frank seemed very nice and reliable. Promised me that a waste conttainer would be delivered on June 8th, but he would call to confirm prior to delivery date to verify. June 8th came and went without hearing from Frank. I called Frank on June 8th and multiple times in the following days. After about 2 weeks of calls, leaving messages, sending texts, and trying to get a hold of Frank, I finally gave up. My entire demolition/renovation schedule was shot because I assumed the services would've been provided as stated in our telephone conversation, and has cost me time and money due to the inability to perform as a reliable business. In the end, a simple excuse, explanation, or any type of reason from Frank would've sufficed, but I was never even given the courtesy.

Frank responded to my email and call, and then was able to come and give us an estimate in a very timely manner. He was even able to schedule us for the next day, but then showed up 4 hours later than he had told us. He did remove the oil tank, and also took an old hot water tank away for us, but he left a mess. He told me there was some oil sludge that I should cover in cat litter and then clean up in a couple of days. However there was also a puddle of liquid oil that ended up flowing toward my sump pump and directly around/under my gas hot water heater. We had to turn the water heater off, drain it, disconnect it, and then clean it. And it took 3 bags of cat litter to absorb the oil, instead of the 1 bag that Frank had told me.

It went great. Frank is very friendly and has lots of great stories. I would suggest Frank to anyone who needs any hauling work done at all.
