+ 0 moreThe service for the initial installation was performed quickly and the price for the unit was in line with other models. In addition, the new unit has lowered our electrical costs. I felt the service call fee was too high, especially when considering that we had just purchased and installed a new unit just the year before. In the future, I will be sure that I understand the warranties, parts, and service fees covered.
Description of Work: G & M installed a new HVAC system approximately one year before service was needed on the unit. This service call was $290.00. We felt that price was a bit elevated, especially for a new unit. However, G & M respond quickly and their service is also performed quickly and efficiently. We will use them again.

+ -1 moreHe has been really good. When our house was hit by lightning; he came, immediately, is very reliable and too quick. We have two separate units in our house; one for the upstairs and the other for the downstairs. The house is 15 years old so I had to replace one unit a couple of years ago; and, it was more expensive. I have no complaints about the quality of service and he is going to be my air condition man from now.
Description of Work: I have used G & M Heating and Air Conditioning twice. The first time was on the 12th of February 2011 and the second time was when our house was struck by lightning in, August of 2011. He came to repair and for replacement of an, element.
