+ -1 moreSteve came out and assessed the issue. He discovered that the capacitor had gone bad (pretty common in these residential units). The coolant needed topped off, and he also discovered another minor issue that he fixed. I received an invoice via email with the option to pay online, which was very convenient. In addition, Steve attached photos to the invoice to further detail some of the issues he found while servicing the A/C unit. It was a very good experience and I would certainly use Absolute Zero again (although I hope I don/t need to!).
Description of Work: The A/C in the house stopped blowing cold air and I wasn't sure what the issue was. I just hoped it wasn't expensive and that it could be fixed quickly! I contacted Steve at Absolute Zero Heating & A/C. He was very professional and got me on his schedule pretty quickly.
