Perfect Degree arrived on time. Worked very hard to diagnose the problem with the natural gas furnace. It was quickly repaired. The cost was very reasonable. I had previously received an opinion from the contractor I normally use that the furnace was ruined. I decided to get a second opinion. Perfect Degree -- JW was tech -- are my heroes.

Larry was great and he and his crew did a fantastic job. I would recommend this business for anyone who needs a new hvac system and for general maintenance.

Scheduling appears to be a challenge for them, possibly because this is the busiest time of year. The technician was quite late, and we did not get updates, but once he was on the job he completed it quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

The service man said one price and I was billed another. They did honor the lower price after I said something.

Larry and John are great have used them multiple times since the initial call.

Not only were they prompt they were early, twice. I contracted Perfect Degree to perform a routine service/check no the furnace in my house which had been vacant for a coupe of years. When PD first arrived the gas line was not hooked up. The gas company was supposed to do a leak check and re connect after they delivered a few days prior. With no gas to the furnace PD was unable to perform their work. PD was very gracious about the mix up, just said "get things straight with the gas company and give us a call." When I called a few days later Mr. Schappell apologized that he was not able to do the repair the DAY I CALLED! I called mid morning on a Tuesday. He was concerned that 9:00 AM the next day would be too late! Good people, good work, easy going, very customer service oriented. What more can you ask for?

Larry and his crew were excellent, very professional and friendly. We received our HVAC Friday morning, to be installed on Monday and to our surprise they started the installation immediately. My husband is on oxygen, so, Larry and his crew worked thru the weekend to make sure we had air conditioning during the heat wave. Was contacted within 24 hours of submitting my request. Larry came out the same week (Friday) by Monday I had a reasonable quote! New HVAC system installed in one day. Employers were knowledgeable, professional, and quick! Great people to deal with, highly recommended!!!
