Larry came out and looked at what I needed. Recommended a solution. I liked it. He gave me a reasonable offer to do the work. When Larry came out to do it. It was raining. Larry and the guys at Perfect Degree were great! We had them tear out our old, saturated duct system under the house and replace it with a new duct system in the ceiling. They also blocked off the old floor vents, installed a new air handler, and installed a wireless thermostat. They did the job quickly, efficiently and for a fair price. We could not be more pleased. Had a service contract with another firm that granted me a 15% discount on parts and labor. The coil was covered under warranty. Even with the discount, their labor price was out of line based upon the research I did. Perfect Degree gave me an estimate that was acceptable, the work was done promptly and efficiently and the final cost was BELOW the estimate.

He wasn't lazy

They were great. They worked all day and worked really hard for us; since we were out of our air conditioning and it was really hot; the heat pump had gone out. Larry and Mike were very nice to work with, they stayed until the work was completed and I would definitely recommend them to others.
