Perfect Degree

We had a 'cellar' basement smell in the house when the AC system turned on. I thought it was holes or splits in the air handler box. After the service man inspected the crawlspace, he did not see leaks but offered that if you have a smell, it would be coming from the attic if you have intakes in the higher parts of your ceiling. He suggested we seal our box up there. The price was $100 for him to come out and do the crawl. I sealed the box in the attic, which seemed to correct the odor problem.

Tech arrived & inquired reason for service call. He then performed diagnostics & ran system. Everything checked out & he didn't try to up-sell me. He stated that even though the system was 13 yrs old, that it was in really good condition and I should get an easy another 5 years out of it. I will definitely be using them when it is time to replace my system!!!
