LandPro

This company, Landpro LLC, has taken our money and not returned. It should’ve been a red flag when they removed the equipment from our property right after receiving our second payment (more than 80% of the project paid). Luckily I cancelled the second check once i saw this and found out that they didn’t pull permits like they said they did. They started this pavilion/hardscape project on 12/2 and when I confronted him about no permits being pulled (I checked with the county) he drug his feet and waited to apply 12/22 AFTER destroying my yard without permits. Then drug us along for months with lies and no intention of finishing. We are now in February with so much back and fourth with the owner Don Price, with no resolution. Being pushed off everyday saying he’s working on it with an engineer. After contacting the pavillion distributor, there isn’t an engineer there that he’s been in contact with as he told us for over a month. He has strung us along with no intention of finishing. We asked several times for our money back but he is refusing. So hoping I can shed some light on this company for others to prevent them from going through this as well. This is a photo of the yard we’ve been unable to use for 2+ months and now will sit like this all summer. There are 3ft post holes dug that are a danger to my children.

Landpro LLC was nothing short of spectacular. I needed some cleaning done around my house in time for a party and he was the only company that could make it within time, and well under my budget. Not only were the employees very hard working young men, they were as professional and courteous as you could ask for in this day in age, they almost felt like family to us! They arrived on time, and performed more than we had anticipated and never charged us any extra fees. hard working, professional, and personable young men are a rare breed in today's society, and the group at Landpro LLC is nothing but the best! Thanks again guys for everything!

My lawn looks excellent, last year I had a landscaper and my grass stayed, brown. LandPro, turn it all around, treating and cutting my grass every week, it looks WONDERFUL. And I am recommending LandPro to all of my neighbors, family and friends. They power washed my home and it, looks great. Also remove 2 large trees, that was around my deck, looks "great" also when cutting my grass, they goes above and beyond to make my home look " great". I have an abanded home next door to my, home. No one cuts the grass, LandPro, has voluteered on several occasions to cut the front of the lawn, with out getting paid to do so. I would recomend LandPro LLC to everyone, and anyone.

They showed up to my property when scheduled to do the work. All the work was performed above the quality of what i was expecting. The owner Don was very professional and helpful when it came to any of my quetions. I will definitely be referring them to my friends.

Everything went great, the pavers are set firm and level, walkway is perfectly straight and looks beautiful (compared to the worn mud path that used to be!) He edged out my gardens before mulching and cleaned them thoroughly making them look like the front of a home and garden magizine! The patio looks as good as new after pressure washing, really brought it back to life. I'm happy and my wife is ecstatic. Would recommend him and his guys to family and friends without heaitation.
