It couldn't have gone better (supply chain issues, uncontrollable by Precision notwithstanding) - the work was done impeccably; all the staff were friendly, professional and courteous. We really could not have asked for a better experience. Our new bathroom is gorgeous, done exactly to our specifications; with the assistance of excellent advise from the team at Precision. They will certainly be our first stop for any similar services that we may need in the future.

Precision Remodeling did a phenomenal job rebuilding my leaky basement shower stall the result of poor installation from another contractor this spring. Jamie reassured me that his company uses quality waterproofing materials (Wedi) and employs skilled tradesman. Kirk, the plumbing technician, discovered a secondary leak in the piping and was able to correct the issue before shower installation. Steve meticulously waterproofed and tiled the shower in an intricate herringbone pattern. Grout lines are to perfection and no leaks! Jamie kept me informed of every aspect of the project. All members of the team were prompt, courteous, and clean. Precision Remodeling has earned my trust as a top-rated company. I look forward to my next full bath remodel.

We've had many home projects this year with several different contractors. Once I received Dave's info from Angi's List, I called immediately and Dave actually answered the phone! This was a new experience for me because many of the other contractors had voicemails and took a few days to get back to me. Dave and his team were very responsive, always showed up at the same time, kept a very clean workspace, and delivered a spectacular product for our back yard. If you want an honest contractor to trust with your project and home- CALL DAVE!

Work results were excellent. The dormer was a complicated project, requiring coordination of framers, roofers, painters, electricians, drywall installers, hardwood installers, and probably others I forgot to mention. Dave’s people did great work, always polite and on time. Most importantly, Dave himself was proactive, always in close contact and quickly responsive. He never tried to upsell us, or sell additional work — I had to ask him to look at our deteriorated front steps after work started on the dormer, and was happy that he could fit that project in for us, too. Finally, we found Dave’s pricing to be fair and competitive. All and all, Precision Remodeling Inc. offered great value for the money. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

There were so many issues that came up during this project. Issues that should not have occurred if folks really cared about the quality of their work. For instance, we had an exterior door (with a peephole) installed as an interior door. Does the customer need to point out to a pro that you do not install a door with a peephole as an interior door? Another example was we had two vanity lights installed in our master bathroom as part of the bathroom renovation. The two lights were not level with each other. They were so uneven that you would notice it standing all the way in the bedroom with the bathroom door open. I couldn’t believe that someone would do such a terrible job and feel comfortable passing that off. These are just two of the myriad of issues that came up during the project. In September 2020, when the project was nearing completion, Jamie (the project manager) asked us to make the final payment. He informed us that after we move in it is natural that we would find one or two items that they would need to take care of and assured us that they would do so. What I didn’t expect was to end up with a long list of items. Not only were there so many things that weren’t completed or adequately finished, but less than a month into moving in, several items they installed failed: smoke alarm, light fixture, electrical outlet, plumbing, etc. In January 2021 (4 months after making the final payment), they had still not finished addressing all the items on the list despite sending several reminders. To make matters worse, most of the items they did fix had more issues. The HVAC supply duct to the basement office they had omitted to install was finally installed but had air leaks. The painter (sent back to fix the many painting issues with the project) chose to address just some, and many of the issues he addressed were left worse than before. At this point, I gave up and decided to DIY the rest of the list myself but asked Jamie to send me the right hardware for our bathroom vanities (they had installed the wrong ones). Two months later, I am still yet to get them.

David was extremely responsive and helpful as we navigated through the main floor remodel in our ranch home. He gave thorough estimates prior to signing any documents. It really put us at ease knowing exactly where our money was being spent - which is the main reason why we chose David. He even worked with us as we decided on demo day to completely switch things around and move an entire staircase. David and his crew were respectful of our home while we lived in the basement during the renovation. Work Performed: Adding, removing and replacing all main floor windows Complete demo and replacement of living room + kitchen ceiling Removed & replaced main staircase to give us an open floor plan New wood floors Demo + replacement of tub, New tile surround (including new window in the shower) Exterior brick work (due to movement of windows) New gutters Install of water softener system

Excellent work and customer service. Jamie was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to educate us on the different types of flooring options suitable for our home. Since then, we’ve used them for a few other projects and look forward to working with them again in the future.

When deciding to rehab our newly purchased assisted living facility, we had many choices of contractors. When we met with Precision Remodeling, we knew this was the company for us. Dave promised that we would be informed of each step of the large rehab via email or text and I was so impressed that he kept his word. His contractors were polite, timely, and made a challenging remodel possible adhering to all of my strict requirements due to COVID including isolating the work area, entering from various locations and working around my staff and residents on a daily basis. The remodel is amazing! Precision Remodeling completed an almost full remodel for our assisted living home. They completed the following projects including new siding, new windows, new sky lights, rehabbing a deck, building a room inside of the house, converting a garage to a heated recreation space, building a beauty salon, elevating a sunken living room to all one level, installing new flooring in the kitchen and carpet on the stairs and 3 bedrooms, and a huge amount of painting. While Precision Remodeling may be a bit more pricey than other contractures, the increased price is worth the outstanding service. Not only the quality of work was exceptional, the quality of Precision's employees was outstanding. You cannot put a price on contractures showing up on time, acting professionally and kindly to my staff and residents, helping out with little extra's just because they are "good guys", cleaning up each day when they are finished, sending updated pictures when the job is complete, and most of all doing quality work. The owner, Dave, was also amazing to work with. We started our business buying this assisted living in Feb 2020 and Dave knew our massive undertaking of buying and running the business in addition to rehabbing the home. Dave was alway responsive and helped us with all aspects of the remodel. He took our calls, met with us and handled any issue we had within 24-48 hours of being informed. You can tell he runs a tight ship, hires the right people, and they respect him and work hard for him. Thanks Dave for all the hard work!

We recently hired Precision Remodeling to replace our old wooden back deck with a new composite one. Dave walked us through all the options clearly & concisely, as well as pointing out potential issues that may affect the project cost / timeline. The project cost was in the ballpark of what we were expecting, so we confident with the decision. The Precision Remodeling crew arrived on time each morning, left the site clean each afternoon, and the foreman kept us up to date with status of work / upcoming permit reviews / etc. Dave also checked in throughout the project and addressed any concerns. The final product looks awesome, and would definitely reach out to Precision Remodeling for future work in & around the house.

This was the 5th renovation on our home in addition to the projects they completed for our son and father in law. From our initial consultation to the final walk through, Dave Rutch was professional and thorough. He listened to our needs and never hesitated to offer suggestions. Each member on his team took pride in their work which was reflected in the final product. They never left the job without cleaning the area, and completed the renovation by the date promised even if it meant working weekends. It’s refreshing to work with a company who consistently delivers high quality work while making their clients a priority. Should we have any future projects we won’t hesitate to go directly to Precision Remodeling.

Precision Remodeling did excellent work and were very professional. They were trust worthy, professional and met all their deadlines. We even had one incident with the wood floor installation In our hall that was resolved promptly and without any issues. I would highly recommend Precision and will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely loved working with the Precision Remodeling team. I came across them a few years back when we had damage to our deck during a storm and they replaced the deck. They did a great job then, so when we decided to re-model our kitchen, we worked with them. Jamie was excellent. He and the team that did the work were incredible. They laid out all of the options and costs in detail. Every time we adjusted something or had a new idea, they were accommodating and straight forward in laying out the costs, benefits and challenges. They worked well with our schedule issues when we had them. They pointed us to the right places to select materials, details and options. Jamie even helped us design our layout as we made some changes to the kitchen set-up. After two projects with the Precision team, I feel very comfortable saying that I will always go to them first for all of my future home projects and would highly recommend them and encourage people to check them out when considering any home remodeling projects.

David, Jamie, and the crew did an outstanding job remodeling both upstairs bathrooms. Both projects were completed on schedule, on budget and the workmanship was excellent. They kept the house and work area clean and communicated with us during every phase. Will definitely hire them again!

Dave was extremely helpful and provided great communication and high quality work when I hired him to repair my mother's garage and laundry room. When the scope of the work was less than expected he dropped the price. I would feel confident hiring Dave again and know that the job would be completed in a very professional manner.

It was great to work with Dave Rutch and Precision Remodeling! The workers were careful, skilled, polite and friendly, and always on time. Dave is a stickler to details, promptness, and communication. He kept things running smoothly and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had. The workers took the time to protect our house from unnecessary mess and cleaned up any unavoidable dust, dirt, etc. when they were done. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We will certainly use them again if we have other projects.

Precision Remolding did a fabulous job, as their name fits the work that was performed. Dave was always making sure that the work performed was acceptable to me and if anything else need to be done to complete what area was being worked on at the time. I must say that I did not go wrong with choosing Precision Remolding as we’ll as anyone who is looking to do any type of repairs to their home.

Precision was recommended to my wife and I when we began thinking about a bathroom remodel. They were prompt and professional on day one for the consultation and after meeting with other contractors, we moved forward with Precision. As we selected our fixtures, tile, granite and glass, the business owners endorsed Precision which made us feel even better about our decision. The team was reliable, highly skilled and ultimately concerned with customer satisfaction and it's obvious they stand behind their work. From the beginning, David was easy to work with, open to our input, and offering his professional advise to our ideas. As questions came up in construction, David listened and resolved each concern. All of his subcontractors were excellent workmen and pleasant to have around. The job was completed in a timely fashion. All the workers were very neat, leaving the job each day in good order.

Precision Remodeling completed an entire kitchen and master bath remodel along with new flooring in the dining room, foyer, laundry room and powder room for us in a little over 2 months of construction time. If you include everything from contract signature it was approximately 4 months total for gutting of kitchen and master bath, selecting all cabinetry, tile, hardwood, granite, etc... and putting it all back together. His team and his subs were very professional, kept to schedule, and were responsive to concerns. They kept the area clean every day. Like with any construction project there were minor hiccups along the way for example the cabinet sub delivering wrong size shelves but he worked to get the right size quickly, kept us informed of progress, and made sure it was completed prior to Thanksgiving which was my requirement. If it hadn’t been for the shelves it would have been completed by end of October. When he gave the estimate he explained what was included and what was the basis of the estimate. He explained the cost drivers of our selection of materials and risk areas such as when they removed the bulkhead there might be more electrical and plumbing to move than estimated. We are very happy with the results of the entire project.
