Description of Work: Came out to give me a bid to install steps on my deck, said he was going to check with the county as far as set backs but never got back to me.

Description of Work: Dave is very professional , he came over to quote for a bathroom remodel . He gave us some options to save some money or to complete the whole remodel. After 3 other local companies he gave us the most fair price . We plan to use his company for the project and maybe other jobs with our older home.

Description of Work: DAVE AND HIS CREW INSTALLED DENTAL CROWN MOLDING IN OUR NURSERY AND HALLWAY LATE LAST YEAR. OUR HOME WAS BUILT IN 1905, AND HAS SOME NOT-SO-STANDARD ANGLES, UNEVEN CEILINGS, ETC. REGARDLESS OF THESE CHALLENGES, THE MOLDING LOOKS AMAZING. DAVE WAS INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. HE AND HIS CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME--EARLY EVEN--AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. MY HUSBAND AND I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

Description of Work: Total remodel of three bathrooms including electric, plumbing, walls, framing, finishing, tile, and fixtures. Also included remodel of master closet and laundry room.

Description of Work: Services performed were-- siding of house renovation of carport and painting complete update of electrical system small addition off kitchen new flooring-kitchen, living room, hallway and addition recessed lighting-addition and kitchen new kitchen including the taking down of a wall new central air and heating system

Description of Work: We had Dave Rutch from Precision Remodeling refinish our basement. (Large family room and bedroom/office) We had him do the framing, electrical, HVAC, drywall and inspections, we did the painting, doors, trim work and flooring on our own.

Description of Work: Like no other contractor I have ever used. We down sized to a smaller home which was built in 1900. The house was completely gutted down to the studs. So everything was remodeled on the inside. On the outside we installed hardie plank siding, installed fencing. This company performed all the services. They excelled-in good communication, problem solving, being sensitive to neighbors, clearing up trash etc etc but their work was first class and very reasonable.
