Team Clean

This contract was negotiated from another state so I was not in the area when the work was done. I specifically asked for the oven to be cleaned and it wasn't although I paid extra for the service. I also particularly pointed out that I wanted the shower walls to be washed because they had recently been re-grouted and had a layer of grout dust. I was assured when calling that the shower walls were always cleaned. This was not done in at least two of the three bathrooms. The cleaner actually called me and said that she compiled some items from various rooms in one place that had been left behind when the move out occurred and said that the place was very clean before she started. It was clean because I had done a lot of work but had specific jobs I wanted done before the new owner took occupancy. I appreciated her gathering of items but this did not compensate for the shoddy work. I was shocked when we came from out-of-town to retrieve the remaining items before closing. I contacted the owner about this and he offered to have the work redone but it was too late since the new owner was taking occupancy the next day. This is a warning to persons who are scheduling this service and are not around to check on the results.

They did a fine job, were very complete and considerate in all aspects. No complaints. Follow up visits (by different techs) was also very professional and friendly.

The cleaning were always inferior. I had several different cleaners constantly. One of the cleaners told me that he had been arrested for drugs. Do not use this service.

Called to re-schedule and then texted that they could no longer provide services in my area.

I have used them for twenty years and I am satisfied with their work, and find them to be very reliant.

Team Clean cleaned my house on October 5. Rob Jackson was accomodating about the day of service. At first, I asked for a Friday cleaning, but Rob said that Team Clean doesn't service my area on Fridays. A few days after we scheduled the service, he called me back to say they'd be in my area for somthing else and so could send a team to me on a Friday. The team arrived on time and consisted of four people. They were courteous, thorough, and efficient. They did an especially good job on the inside of my refrigerator (which service was only $30 over the regular fee). I recommend Team Clean. teamclean1988@aol.com

Went fine early on, but then after a number of unacceptable scheduling errors and miscommunications, I simply got tired of what I considered to be unprofessional and disrespectful contacts on the part of the owner. The cleaners being sent were inconsistent in their cleaning abilities and then there were a couple of times they arrived without their own working equipment, as contracted, and asked to use mine. Once would have been acceptable, as unexpected breakdown can happen, but this was more than once. Rather than acknowledging and apologizing for mishaps that are bound to occur in any business, the owner took the tact of covering and making excuses, then turned to attacking the messenger - all unacceptable.

They were nice sent a crew of three or four people. Hardworking group. I would have them on a regular basis but they cost more than my current provider. Cleaning people were very nice.

The service hasn't been used yet.

There were three workers and they arrived on time and began immediately.

They are a fabulous company. They will pretty much do anything you want. They come on time and they are very flexible. They do great work!

The crew of three arrived on time and got right to work. Dusting, vacuuming, mop vinyl floor, bathrooms cleaned, all the work was done in a timely manner. Only required about two hours plus a few minutes for them to complete the job. All were very industrious and quiet. Nothing was broken or misplaced.

I'm really pleased. I had people come in for an hour. They treated me well, but they didn't do some of the stuff that I needed like the floor boards and things like that so I changed over to another company. They showed up, swept and mopped and cleaned up the bathrooms and that kind of stuff. I didn't ask if these people had to supply their own cleaning products and stuffs because a couple of times they've used mine. There's a woman that came once and she had all her own things. They had some, but I've got good old stainless steel appliances and stuff and other than just wiping it down they didn't have stainless steel cleaner.
