Very happy with the cost and the work performed by Perdue technician. They were able to get me in to a busy schedule and called a head to give me their arrival time. Technician inspected the the dual systems, unclogged the drain lines and check pressures. Very professional, will have them out for furnace annual service in the fall.

Great customer service, attitude and the "Can Do" service was provided. While the installation went as expected, due to a already installed wifi security system thermostat that was determined to be bad, the team kept diagnosing the system until they got it running.......that kind of service is hard to find now days, so I plan on keeping this company around to do the maintenance and servicing of my system. Job Well Done!!!

Eric arrived on time and quickly got to work on our issue. It didn't take long for us to find that the problem was that I turned off the breaker for the A/C unit when I was updating the labels for other circuits that were lacking specific information. While Eric was here, I asked him to perform regular A/C maintenance on our systems and opted to sign up for regular 12-month maintenance as I was happy with the work performed. Eric has superior knowledge and experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Have used Perdue a few times. They always do a good job and are fairly priced. Technician comes in fixes the problem and will show you the part that broke. I have no complaints - I would use them again.

I have been dealing with Perdue for several years. I first started using them when they were able to repair my heat pump and keep it going for 4 years when other AC guys told me it could not be repaired and needed replacing. Yes, I was told that it needed to eventually be replaced but they worked with me and kept it running. They are a family owned business and care about their customers. The cost I was charged for a new Lennex 3.5 ton HP system with furnace below was raised by the manufacturer so maybe more now for same unit.

It went exceptionally well. Although I used an offer, I was not charged any additional costs for services "found that needed repair" like other companies do. While performing, the tech (Chuck) was very courteous and upfront explaining to me the procedures being performed. I would most definitely be calling them in the future.

This was the most thorough tune-up I have experienced, and I feel very confident that my A/C will operate without issue this summer.

It went very well. Bob and his team not only took care of putting in my new HVAC system but also took out the old air handler system from the crawl space. As he went in he discovered that the previous contractor who replaced the last HVAC system left the old air handler stashed in a corner of my crawl space. Bob and his team: 1. dismantled and took out two air handlers from my crawl space. 2. took out all the old parts and trash that he found in the crawl space, and left the space cleaner than he found it. 3. installed a high-efficiency HVAC (Lennox - Elite) with an air handler with variable speed fan that maintains constant air flow. 4. installed a condensation drain pump, and a high-intensity UV light inside the air handler to prevent mold or bacteria growth. 5. replaced the electric box, all wiring, and freon pipes to the air handler and heat pump. All of these used to sit on the ground, thanks to Bob and his team they no longer do. 6. removed and leveled the concrete slab where the old heat pump used to sit on. 7. installed a "Nest" smart thermostat with wifi capabilities that allows you to control it from your computer or smartphone. I can now raise the thermostat from my bed (using the "Nest" app on my phone). Bob and his team were very polite and courteous. Even though this project took place during a bad weather spell (temps below 32, high winds and sometimes snow/freezing rain), they kept the downtime minimized to one afternoon and part of the early evening, so we didnt have to spend a night without heat at the house. Due to the weather/access difficulties, the project took a week, but I was never without heat, and I am OK with that because I didnt want Bob's personnel to get hurt or sick due to the unforgiving weather conditions. Bob said he will return in April to make sure the A/C is working optimally for the summer. I am very satisfied with Bob Perdue's team excellent service, I highly recommend them.

They crushed the job in two days, and the install was done with an exceptionally high level of quality. Their rates are exceptionally competitive, honest, and straightforward. They easily beat every other offer for the same work. They are an authorized Lennox installer, and signed me up for the extended warranty completely on their own; did not take any risk that I'd fail to do so myself. I asked them to do a fall tune-up as well, and even though they were doing work on a coupon, they gave me the discounted rate for that, too. They didn't have to do that--they want repeat customers, so they choose to do that. I'll be a customer of their seasonal inspections for as long as they'll have me. 100% recommended.

He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem within 20 mins. He provided an expert system check, which gives me peace of mind that my heating will be reliable for the near future. I hit a wire running from my house to my AC unit and my whole AC/Heating for the house shut down. I posted a message after hours and was replied to almost immediately. They set up an appointment for between 10am and 12-pm the next day. I was not home but at 950 am I received a call from the tech stating that she was at the house already. I was only 5 minutes away so I responded over. The tech was professional, knowledgable, and quick. She performed a diagnostic, rewiring ( the previous wiring was shoddy which is why I hit it ), replaced a blown fuse, and walked me through what she was going to do before and what she did after all in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend the tech Heather and Purdue Heating & Air LLC and I will use there services again.

Perdue heating and cooling worked me into their super busy schedule, came and diagnosed the problem. I was out of freon. They took a picture of the situation too. There was a big block of ice around the unit. After the ice thawed. they fixed it by adding freon and it works just fine now.

I t went really well,Bob and crew are very responsive, honorable, and fair. Unlike some company that overcharge you. I am physically located in another state and I had Bob and his crew check on a couple of properties for me and they always do an excellent job.

I'm thankful that I found this deal on Angie's List. Bob and his son and assistant came in and installed the system and it works flawlessly. They also installed my new Nest thermostat for me. The system took a little longer to install because of some delivery issues from the manufacturer but Bob was willing to work late into the night and over the weekend to get my system installed. I will be calling them in the future for any of my heating and air conditioning needs.

I was prepared for a wait but I was pleasantly surprised for them to work me in that day while waiting for another appointment. The technician arrived in less than an hour. He was friendly, courteous, and got down to work immediately. The senior discount was a bonus.

Bob, the HVAC Tech with Perdue Heating & Air LLC, was outstanding. He was timely, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on Thursday and noticed that my outside unit was iced up and needed to be de-iced. We scheduled a time for him to return the next day at 11 am. On Friday Bob returned after the deicing was completed and added one pound of Freon to my system. He then noticed that the unit was beginning to ice up again; thereby surmising that there was another problem, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and then completed the tune-up by thoroughly cleaning the dirt from my compressor/condenser; i.e. the outside unit. He spent more that 3 hrs at my residence, over the two day period, yet the only additional charge beyond the $99 tuneup special, was a modest fee that covered the cost of the capacitor. I highly recommend Perdue Heating & Air LLC and the HVAC Tech, Bob.
