The A/C check went well he cleaned the unit checked the Freon level and the furnace filter. Gave me a 10.00 refund because I had paid for a pound of Freon as part of the A/C check. Would do business with them again. A/C service check worth paying for.

These guys were great. Extremely responsive, professional and fairly priced. I received a return message immediately upon contacting them on Angie's list. They came out and gave me an estimate within a day and started the work 3 days later. They replaced an existing heat pump system located in the attic and did a great job. They covered all the floors in their work area and left everything neat and clean. The unit is already saving me money. Great job and I highly recommend this company.

They didn't bother to show up or call

We called Bob on a Sunday morning knowing most repair facilities were closed. He called back and was prompt & courteous. He was able to fit us in last minute. He had our AC up & running in the same day. He replaced the capacitor and recharged the freon. He also offered my husband some advice that will help us maintain our system. Overall, such a rarity to find kind, honest, & hard working people. So blessed to have come across Mr. Perdue & his honest business. We will recommend his services to as many people we can!

Bob Perdue was terrific. He made an appointment quickly, let me know when he was running just a few minutes late and completed the work just as I asked. He first checked the system overall to confirm my suspicion, tuned it, and then loaded the freon. Along the way, he explained what he was doing and why and also gave me suggestions as to what I should look for if the very small leak becomes a larger one sometime in the future.

They are awesome and reasonably priced too.

Although they had to reschedule, Bob kept in touch with us and was willing to work around our schedule.

The technician came out and diagnosed the problem and said that the company could order the part and return in two days to install. The technician did an excellent job in repairing the unit and getting us off of Aux Heat. Everything was explained in layman terms. I highly recommend Perdue Heating & Air for your service or repair. The only thing that I will ask is to allow me to keep the same technician as the company grows.

Bob showed up on time and was very nice. He performed the maintenance and cleaned out an ant nest that was in the outside unit which took care of my ant problem! He even called me after he left to remind me to lock the basement door 😊

I could not have asked for better service. Bob was extremely thorough and professional. He identified two problems that I had with my system during his inspection and fixed them both on the spot. He flushed my drain system which was not draining properly and now works like a champ and he replaced a failing electronics part. Bob earned my trust and I will use him for any future AC or heating inspections or repairs.

I came across Purdue on your web site. I gave them a call and even though it was late in the day he came over within a couple of hours of my initial call. These were great guys. They knew right away what was wrong and how to fix it. More importantly he had the parts on his truck. They were able to get my A/C cooling again within a couple of hours. They did a great job. Will hire again for any services in the future.

Mr. Perdue was fantastic, and dealt with the extremely painful warranty company, even though he wasn't a warranty contractor. Demonstrated such professionalism and patience as the warranty company tried to deny my claim

I was very pleased with the Purdue Heating. I originally called Mr. Purdue to come on Wednesday 13 July, heat pump was not cooling house. On Saturday 9 July the heat pump quick working all together and I called Mr. Perdue, and he was able to fit me in that day and arrived at 1200pm. Replaced the capacitor, checked my Freon levels and gave me 15% off as a Angie member. Bill was $315.00. Will definitely be using Perdue heating in the future.

Technician performed work in a professional and timely manner. He was courteous and polite and informed me of every step before performing. There were recommendations also made, but did not try to sell something that was not needed.

Excellent customer service. Quick response to original call. They came on time and were very THOROUGH. Unlike with another HVAC company, we did not have any subsequent problems or outrageous estimates for needless repairs. I would highly recommend Perdue Heating/Air and they are the guys I'm calling for winter HVAC service.

The guys at Perdue were fantastic. What started as a refrigerant charge ended up being an entire replacement. We found out Thursday evening that the entire system needed replaced and after just putting our home on the market we needed it done quickly. They made sure to complete the install the very next day and were very accommodating to work with pricing. I would use Perdue 100 times out of 100 and will continue to use them for all HVAC needs.

Bob was excellent, very fair and helpful. I would recommend his company to anyone with heating/cooling needs. After speaking with a few other places I definitely got the sense that Bob was an honest broker and wanted to the best for me as a customer and homeowner. Great experience
