Mr. Robert Perdue and his son did a very professional job. Robert has over 50 years experience and his son over 15 years experience in cooling and heating systems. Work done: Project: Replace Oil Furnace/Air Conditioning Unit  Remove old 120,000 BTU oil furnace haul from site.  Remove old 4 Ton air-conditioning unit haul from site.  Provide and install new Lennox 85 % 120,000 BTU oil fired furnace.  Provide and install new 4Ton outdoor Lennox air conditioning unit with new ozone friendly R-410 Freon.  Provide and install new line set from indoor air conditioning coil to outdoor air conditioning unit.  Provide and install new pad for outdoor condensing unit.  Provide and install new outdoor electrical disconnect and electrical whip to unit.  Provide and install new Lennox indoor cased air conditioning coil for top of furnace.  Energy efficiency rating SEER for air conditioning unit will be 25 SEER  Provide and install new humidifier on furnace.  Provide and install new electronic air filter on furnace.  Provide and install new thermostat.  Pull vacuum on system.  Start up and check system.  Top off R-410 Freon if necessary. 

Bob did a great job explaining to me how the different parts work on my ac unit. Also, since I explained to him I was a first time home buyer, he provide me some great tips and advice on ways to maintain the unit and maximize performance. He arrived on time, and took his shoes off before he came into my house so he wouldn't track dirt upstairs, which I definitely appreciated.

Contacted service provider for estimate on replacing system. Eric came to the house and examined the unit that was installed and told me my options on replacement of unit. We agreed on service and a price was reached. On morning of installation Eric and helper arrived at the scheduled time and started work. Job was performed in the estimated time frame and on completion area was cleaned up and put back in proper condition. Friendly and professional service at all times it was a great experience. Follow up call was made after a few days of running the unit. Would definately recomend and use this service again.

Went extremely well. Bob came out, checked everything, cleaned out what needed to be cleaned out, hooked up the new furnace, and cleaned up his work all in a very timely and very courteous manner. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable about his work. Bob is the best in heating/air conditioning that I have met. He is also very fair in his prices. He gets an A1 top rating from me.
