The technician/service provider took the time at the end of the day when no one else would come out because I had spotted a rather large snake in my garage. Steve went above and beyond. I was so thankful. He checked and laid traps. He really sympathize with me knowing I was extremely frightened by snakes. I am really appreciative of his service, his professional demeanor, and kindness when so many companies fell short.

Birds were nesting in my soffitt and had damaged it. I was given an assessment of the problem and given an up front quote. Service was scheduled quickly. Workers arrived on time and quickly completed the job.

Iâ m big on customer service! Mike and his team exceeded my expectations with their customer service! Weâ ve been having problems with birds getting behind our shutters on the front of the house because the stone wonâ t allow the shutters to lay flat against the house. Iâ ve tried different companies and no one could come up with a solution for the problem. Mike had a plan, but he changed it up because he was worried about the curb appeal to our home. The new idea worked!! Mike removed all 18 shutters, cleaned and sanitized them. While storing the shutters in the garage, he noticed a termite mud (I believe thatâ s what itâ s called). Came back and did a full inspection inside and out; thankfully, that was the only spot. Came up with a reasonable treatment and preventative plan that did not break the bank. I truly recommend Mike and his team!

The experience/customer service was great.

Called at 6 am them and Orkin. Orkin couldnâ t come until midday. Mikeâ s came by 8:30 and was able to find and seal the entry point. As well as lay several traps.

Technician were great and communicated everything upfront. Work was done with care and clean job site.
