Prompt response, early for inspection and quote, very informative, explained process and set expectations, on time for treatment of yellow jacket wasps in wall. Will do follow up if treatment in next 30 days if initial does not exterminate wasps. No issues at this stage. Based on work so far would definitely recommend this company.

The owner has been in business for a long time and takes pride in the services he provides and the experience of the technicians that work for the business. They are a locally owned and operated business. When you hire this company to provide services, you are dealing directly with the owner, not someone on the other end of the phone that is located in a corporate office somewhere. The owner, Mr. Galope, came out to meet with me to determine what services I needed. The monthly pest and mosquito control is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

We thought we had squirrels in our attic. After using a couple of the more known companies in this field to get rid of them, we decided to use a local company. We were not disappointed. Within an hour of sending a service request, Mike contacted us directly and scheduled an appointment. Mike showed up on time and was very polite and professional. His inspection included more than the attic. He also did a walkaround of the entire house, both inside and out. When completed, he brought back pictures of the areas of concern and gave us an estimate of the cost as well as a timeline to complete the job. The good news was that we did not have squirrels. The bad news: we had bats. All the insulation needed to be removed, the area disinfected, the access holes plugged, and new insulation installed. His team showed up on time and were very respectful of our home. They laid down protection as to not to harm the areas getting up into the attic. Per his estimate, the work was completed on time. He also took pictures of the completed work area. Using a small local business was the best decision we could have made. If not for Mike and his team, we would have yet again paid more money for one of those bigger companies to come out, tell us they fixed the problem only to experience it again.

My experience was good. I just wish they had arrived earlier. Their was only an hour of daylight left to do the job

Mike to the rescue—literally! Same day appointment on a Friday to remove a bird stuck in my stove exhaust! I thought I was going to have to get a hotel room for the weekend. It was very disturbing and stressful to hear a bird behind my microwave scratching trying to get out! Poor bird!Mike was personable, courteous and professional. He humanely removed the bird, disinfected the exhaust, and installed a mesh cover over the outside vent. I would definitely use his company again for any pest control services.
