The turn around time from phone call to the appointment was less than two working days. With work performed the day of inspection. Mike took the time to show me a potential termite pipeline. To explain what he uses and how it works. Offered a yearly contract. This guy was top-notch on customer service. He practiced good PPE requirements for COVID protection. Highly recommend using him. I am also highly considering using him for waterproofing my crawl space.

The squirrels around my home were terrible he went at them like a rottweiler. The reason I decided to hired Mike was his honesty, he informed me that nothing is guaranteed as far as getting rid of the squirrels and I appreciated it. I would hire him again.

MIKE was great and very knowledgeable. I chose him over the LARGE corporate companies because of the individual service and to support a local business. HOWEVER, HOME ADVISOR MADE THIS TRANSACTION VERY DIFFICULT. I tried to down load the APP as requested, Apparently it is a MEMORY HOG and kept asking to delete apps on my phone. So I called 877-800-3177 and spent 45 minutes with customer service .... She was very nice but could not find anyone to escalate this to. She then asked me to call back later .... I Told her "You call me back when you have the right person there to assist me. I am just trying to pay my contractor. Really GERALD KLEIN
