We were not home so they did not do the inside. If we have issues, we can call and schedule them to come do an indoor application at no additional charge. Since we started this service about a year ago, we have not seen nearly as many house centipedes, ladybugs or other insects in the house. We have been very pleased with this service.

Representative was very unprofessional. Walked into my rental house and said, and quot;Are you the listing agent?and quot; to which I said, and quot;Ah, no. I'm the owner.and quot; He never introduced himself, gave me a business card or company pamphlet. He did not explain what type of treatment or service they would provide. He left telling me they would send me an estimate which was never sent. When someone from their office called seeking more information two days later, I told them I used Terminex who was professional and did a same day service.

We live in the country and had house centipedes really bad. We were not able to get rid of them. Home Paramount came out in July 2012 for the initial service and sprayed inside and out. That really kicked back the bugs. They came for the first quarterly visit in August and again in November. Between visits, we have seen fewer and fewer bugs. In the 3 months since the August visit, we probably saw less than 20 bugs of any kind, including stink bugs, spiders, etc. And no lady bugs have been seen inside the house this fall. That is a first! This service has been a good investment for us. We are so glad to keep the bugs out of the house.

This was a re-inspection as I had full termite inspection and treatment for last couple of years. I had a treatment contract with them. The workers seem nice and pleasant. The only complaint I have is that they have an automated appointment system and they have an automated voice that tells me when the next appointment is. I never get to talk to a live person to schedule. They think they have made the scheduling process easy but I do not like it. It is not a user-friendly system. They are very punctual and professional.
