Description of Work: They were fine, the stone delivery guy came when I was not home. Separate contractor but he did not leave enough stone (paid for one ton).

Description of Work: I purchased a new shed. Ken was great to work with. I contacted Ken by email many times and he always responded quickly to answer my questions and concerns. The delivery of the shed also went well, and the installer was a courteous and great to work with.

Description of Work: I ordered an 8 x 6 ft shed, and the price included the shed, delivery and removal of an old 8 x 12 ft shed that was more of a room, it was paneled and insulated, so heavier than a normal removal. Ken was great from the start ..gave me a tour of the sheds, explained what they could do, gave me pricing up front, and answered all my emails that I had questions I forgot to ask him, promptly! I never had to wait for my answer. The delivery went smooth..I would recommend most highly.

Description of Work: The 8 x 14 shed that I bought is great. They were very accommodating in my request to move the peg board to the wall opposite of the shelf, which was not their routine. They put down a gravel base which was framed with wood to support the shed. While I'm very happy with the shed, my only complaint is that they did not make an effort to protect my lawn from the weight of the trucks. It had rained the day before the installation and the ground was soft. I thought they were piecing the shed together on site, but it was delivered whole with another shed on the platform. Between the flat bed with the sheds and the dump truck with the gravel, deep grooves were created from the street all the way to the back of the yard. I thought they might have laid boards down to distribute the weight of the trucks. When I called and told them about the damage, I was told that it would easily roll out and be unnoticeable in a few months. I have since filled the grooves with dirt, rolled it, seeded it and after 2 years, it is finally beginning to smooth out.
