The project never even got off the ground. I requested an estimate which I was told would be done the next week. I called back on Friday morning, and was told they would definitely come out Friday or Monday. When they didn't show up, I called Tuesday and was told there had been no work in my area so they hadn't made it out. There was NO attempt to contact me to keep me updated and the employee (possibly owner) didn't care that he'd let me down twice and he made NO attempt to apologize or try to make the situation right. He just didn't care! It's amazing how many of of these types of companies have terrible customer service!

They did an excellent job! Outstanding! I was very impressed by them. The team worked professionally, and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a very good job and their prices were reasonable compared to other companies!
