Owner was very responsive to our questions and always replied immediately. At last minute asked for additional services such as weeding. Our yard has lots of scrubs and hedges which were in bad need of trimming and cleanup. They called ahead and actually came 2 days early. There was a team of 4 and they were very professional and worked quickly. They did clean up as they went and did an excellent job. We will probably use them in the future for other projects.

S&K did a terrific job from the estimate to the clean-up. They were on time, worked efficiently and were careful in the handling of debris as we have lots of plantings around the house and there was no way to get the dumpster back there. There was a large crew working each day and the job went swiftly. The price was reasonable for the materials provided. The metal roofing is warranted for 35 years and the slate for 75. The project manager stopped by several times and recommended small adjustments to improve the work. We are completely satisfied in the job done and the professionalism of the team. We plan on having them back next year to check out the condition of the front half of the roof to see if repairs or replacement would be needed.
