They were here from 1-3:30pm just going over any questions I had. They even followed-up after work was completed. They were very professional. I will definitely refer them to other people if I'm satisfied with the treatment which I won't see results for about 3 weeks from the inside service and 5-6 for the outside service.

A man from Bay City showed up 2 hours late and then was only in our home for 20 minutes. He did not seal any holes as we were promised, all he did was throw small bags of poison around the home. The mice did not leave. In fact they are still in my home 3 months later and the reason I joined Angie's List today was to find a better exterminator!

Very polite and was very knowledgeable about insect control. Was thorough yet completed the task promptly.

I HAVE THE COMPANY TREAT AROUND MY HOUSE EVERY YEAR TO KEEP THE ANT POPULATION AT A MINIMUM. THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS AND EVERYONE THERE IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND RELIABLE. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WITH PEST ISSUES. THE SPIDER TREATMENT HELPED FOR MORE THAN ONE SEASON AND THE ANTS ARE UNDER BETTER CONTROL.

THE GENTLEMEN FROM BAY CITY DID A GREAT JOB WITH KILLING THE ANTS. HE DID A GREAT JOB OF LOOKING AROUND INSIDE THE HOUSE TO SEE WHERE THE ANTS WERE COMING IN. OUTSIDE HE SEARCHED FOR ANT HILLS SO AS TO NOT MISS ANY.

CAME OUT AND DID WORK THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE, FOR WHICH THEY COULD NOT COME LATE IN THE DAY SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO TAKE OFF WORK. A WEEK LATER, THE ANTS WERE STILL THERE, AND THEY WANTED AN ADDITIONAL $40 TO COME BACK AND WANTED US TO TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK.
