+ 1 moreThe house movers were prompt and raised the house in 1 day. It took almost a month before EVA started on the foundation, delayed much by rain. Tony, the owner, was seldom around to supervise and had to be called in several times because the subcontractors did not leave space for the beams when the house would come down, etc. After completion, the foundation leaked and it took almost a year of wrangling (and withholding the last payment) to get him to even come back and check it out and another month of him wrangling with the subcontractor to fix it - and not until we called the commissioner and put in a complaint.
Description of Work: Built a foundation and added an additional room up to the sub-floor after we had the house raised. Also installed a new HVAC unit.

+ -1 moreOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS SOMEWHAT LESS THAN DESIRABLE BECAUSE OF OUR DEALINGS WITH THE CABINET MANUFACTURER WHO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF POOR QUALITY AND DOWNRIGHT ATTITUDES ABOUT ANY REQUEST. TONY COCHRAN OF EVA CONSTRUCTION MADE THE BEST OF THE BAD SITUATION AND ATTEMPTED AT EVERY TURN TO STRAIGHTEN MATTERS OUT WITH THE CABINET PEOPLE.
Description of Work: RENOVATED OUR KITCHEN WITH NEW CABINETS AND COUNTERTOPS. TONY IS PUNCTUAL AND ADDRESSES ALL OF YOUR CONCERNS.
