My initial impression was very positive. The person answering the phone handled the scheduling efficiently. The workers arrived 3 hours early, but fortunately someone was home. The workers spoke no English, so we were a bit apprehensive about exactly what work they would be doing. It was helpful that they did come in a truck marked with the company's name. They seemed to work very quickly. To the best of our ability to inspect the work, they did a thorough and careful job.

A team of 2 showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were professional, courteous and neat. Very good job!

James Grove one of the owners very knowledge, very helpful, answered all my questions and even gave me his cell phone number. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. His crew was also very knowledgeable and were very careful not get the rest of my home dirty.

An estimator came to my home and quoted a price of $400. I scheduled the work. However, when the crew showed up they told me they couldn't do the job for the quoted price. They also told me that they couldn't clean the screens on my sliding doors. I questioned them since the price was quoted by a company representative who actually came to my home. The head of the crew said that they were subcontractors and that the job would be $490. After some discussion, they reluctantly agreed to do the job for $400, but said they couldn't be held responsible if the screen doors were not put back in place properly. They completed the cleaning satisfactorily and were careful about keeping the house clean. They installed the screen doors backwards.

I have also referred them to my neighbors. Very professional and nice. Fast as well. They also do gutter cleaning which they have done for us in the past. I will be using them again.

I called, they quoted $6/window or window equivalent (a double casement window equals two windows) and I made an appointment. They came when they said they would and did an excellent job. My windows have those pesky grills, and they took them all out and put them all back in again. They were very careful of the furniture. The windows came out clean.

Very well. Arrived within time designated, and quickly went to work. A crew of three worked steadily.

Three men came on time, 10/21/06, worked without pause, and were definitely very experienced. Some of the windows were not easy to disassemble and clean, but they did it. They used ladders to clean the second floor windows. I have used them before, and the company is excellent.

Fair. I have 2 skylights, in addition to many windows (large and small). I had to remind them to wash the skylights, only one of which did they actually wash. After they thought they were done they realized they had missed the foyer windows. Their pricing is based solely on the number of windows you have, it doesn't matter how large or small they are. For my house this proved to be an expensive project, due to the numerous small windows I have.

Three men showed up thirty minutes before their scheduled time and worked diligently and professionally. All areas were neat when the job was completed, which took a little more than 3 hours. We have 27 windows in our 30 year old colonial style home. We will definitely hire them again to clean our windows, and I think we'll call them soon to seal the deck.

They were supposed to arrive between 12 and 1. I called at 1, and was told they'd be there soon. They arrived at 1:30. It would have been nice if they had called me to say they would be late. They were polite, very neat and did a good job. I think the price was reasonable; however, I am virtually certain that a $20 tip was added into the bill without my being informed. Over the phone, I was told it would be $8 a window; at the house, I was told it would be $9 a window. I was given a bill that was $20 more than the sum of $9 times the number of windows. It was not an itemized bill. I didn't object, because they did a good job, I was rushed and didn't take the time to make the calculations while they were there, and it didn't seem important enough to call the company later. I recommend that people make sure they know the total cost before the work starts, which I failed to do.

They were polite, efficient and inexpensive. We found a coupon in the Northwest Currant, which I think was for $6 a window!

They showed up on time and worked quickly. I inspected the job at the end and noted they had not wiped all the sills. They came back in and completed that to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

I got an excellent rate and great service. This company does other work also: painting, window cleaning, etc.

The two men who did the work were on time, efficient, and did an excellent job. They were careful and the windows were absolutely streak-free. Price was reasonable. Workers were polite and careful not to make any mess.

I and J did good work at an excellent price. They were not prompt - they originally gave me a window of 12-1 p.m., did not show, and when I called, they said they had scheduled me for 2-4 p.m. They then arrived after 4 p.m. They worked quickly and professionally. There were minor issues with the quality of their job - I noticed a couple of streaks left on some door windows. Overall, I would give them a B/ B-

I WOULD TELL A FRIEND TO GO TO THEM. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND GOT THE WORK DONE QUICKLY. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

I HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE THEY WERE DONE AND THERE WAS SOME DAMAGE TO THE DOOR KNOB OF THE DOOR THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO USE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND CLEAN. THERE WAS NO MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEY LEFT AND OUR WINDOWS LOOKED GREAT! I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ADD'L COST TO WASH THE SCREENS PRIOR TO THE WORK BEGINNING.

THIS IS A FANTASTIC COMPANY. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB, CLEANING THE UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS WINDOWS. WHEN THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE JOB THE WINDOWS ARE GLEAMING.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE WINDOWS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY WAS GREAT. I HAVE TOLD EVERYBODY ABOUT THEM ALSO. I GOT THEM DOING EVERYBODY'S WINDOWS ALSO. THEY WAS VERY POLITE I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN BUSINESS.

THEY WERE GOOD WITH THEIR SERVICE. I HAVE USED THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES. THEIR PRICING WAS REASONABLE AND I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO NEIGHBORS, DUE TO THEIR QUALITY OF SERVICE.

THE COMPANY WASHED WINDOWS FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW BUT VERY NICE AND MADE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE SURE I WAS PLEASED. MAYBE THEY WERE A LITTLE OVER PRICED BUT OVERALL HAPPY WITH THEM.
