Description of Work: Carlos Mosquera Painting Inc. painted the trim on my house. Though their estimate was a bit higher than others, they provide two coats of quality name brand paint. It took them a bit of time to schedule the work, but they actually showed up a day earlier then planned. (They emailed me to make sure this was acceptable.) I'm happy with the work.

Description of Work: They painted the exterior of our house. They were respectful of our property and possessions, as well as their own. They did more than I asked for, at no extra cost. I wish I had met a company this responsive 40 years ago, when I bought my first house. Probably my best all round experience with a work crew.

Description of Work: They painted the interior of my house. They did a good job but there were a few issues. They did return my couch and end tables - left them in the middle of the floor. Also they did not replace the door lock correctly back on the door - a piece of metal was hanging on the door. They placed my kitchen floor mate on the counter in the kitchen which is gross. |The painting itself was great but they should pay more attention to detail especially when he charged me $2,000.00 for 650 sq foot condo. |I received an email from Carlos on Thursday, Oct. 17th saying they would be completing the job that day. Later that day one of his employees called me to tell me that the job would not be finished until the next day. I believe the owner rather than any employee should have called me back.

Description of Work: Interior paint: Carlos and his crew were very professional, polite and properly dressed. I would give them a B+. What prevents me from giving an A rating is the fact they did not cover my major pieces of furniture and infact pull off some of the plastic sheeting I had bought to make sure certain items were covered. I did a lot clean up after they left: cleaning the couch, dining room chairs and etc. Also spots of paint were left on the floor and appliances. In any case, not sure if this is common for interior painting, I don't think it is. I recommend that the next person underscore the point of covering major pieces of furniture and items of importance properly and for the length of time they do the work because when dust settles and it will settle on the uncovered furniture. The price was excellent so I would still work with them again. I would pay attention to these weaknesses tho.

Description of Work: The guys were nice and did finish the job but left some unfinished business. I have called them 6 times but no response. If you hire them inspect every thing otherwise you will not get hold of them. Completely forgot to c*** exterior and almost start getting water damage.

Description of Work: Prepped, primed, and painted our home. Two story. Top exterior hardi plank, lower story brick. Caulked cracks, gaps, nail holes. Workers were prompt and professional. Work performed rapidly. Overall, a surprisingly good experience. Likely will re-hire for interior sheetrock and painting.

Description of Work: I am delighted with the work done by this painting team. The end result is amazing. They painted my basement walls, ceiling and trim and fixed nail pops and other cosmetic issues. They were very quiet --did not even know they were in the house and they cleaned up all materials before they left. They left me touch up paint which was very nice. They also moved all the furniture back into place. I am so happy with the work I have two more floors of the house that I am anxious to paint. I will definitely use Carlos and his team again!!!

Description of Work: My deck needed powerwashing, sanding and resealing. I dealt with Carlos from beginning to end. He was punctual, responsive, and the work was exactly what I hoped for. He disturbed nothing and left no trash. Very professional and personable person. The communication was good throughout the contract too.

Description of Work: I wanted a kitchen painted-walls, ceiling and trim including two doors. Carlos came out an gave me an estimate as well as information on removing the wallpaper and preparing the walls for painting. He was also helpful in selecting the paint color for the walls. He arrved on time the day the job started with two painters-Jose and Edurado- and checked on them during the first day. On the second day they completed the work and Carlos also checked to be everything was to my satisfaction. I thought the painters were very good, were responsive to my questions, concerns and comments. I plan to use Carlos again in the spring for some other work.
