Well. Crew took five days as expected. Cleaned up very well after each day and at the end of the job. Owner very responsive.

Carlos's guys are excellent. Worked quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased.

Carlos provided an estimate promptly and handled it in a business-like manner, showing his insurance certificates and sending a very specific proposal. The only difficulty we experienced was in setting the starting date, which turned out to be somewhat later than original estimated. The crew appeared promptly every day and cleaned the areas at the end of each day. They were professional as well. Carlos checked on them a couple of times during the day.

Professional, punctual and competent. This was the best contractor experience to date. They did extra things like cleaned the windows! I am Scottish and detail oriented. I want a great job at a fair price. I got both with Carlos. He took no shortcuts!

Carlos is fabulous! He really helped us out of a jam. The original painter we hired (not through Angie's List) bailed on us just 4 days before we were set to move into our house. We found Carlos on Angie's List and he came out the next morning to give us an estimate. His crew not only showed up on time the next day, but they were even a little early. They finished the job professionally and in only 3 days. I would absolutely hire them again.

Very good experience. Carlos' crew performed exactly as described, and completed every job on the List in a clean and professional manner. I am very pleased with the price and work of this company. It was necessary for me to point out a couple of the smaller items on the list that did not appear to be assigned to any of the crew, but the work was done immediately and quite satisfactorily.

This was a really big job from my perspective. Carlos was wonderful, patient, responsive and thorough. I was finalizing the colors on the morning they started the job, and he worked with us, never pushing, his crew was very pleasant and the language barrier was seldom ever a problem. I will recommend this company to others.

The overall experience was quite enjoyable. Starting with the Mosqucra's promptness and professionalism, and continuing throughout the job. I never had any cause to be concerned. Peace of mind with a contractor can never be taken for granted. Mr. Mosquera gave my wife and me a great deal of piece of mind.

The contractor is very nice to work with. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'm so pleased with the way things turned out. My house looks great. Work guaranteed for a year. Very thorough, gave good advice, was careful with my belongings, did a very good job, did extras at no extra charge. Keep up the good work.

Carlos, the owner was extremely professional & friendly. He and his crew did everything they said they would when they said they would.

We scheduled Carlos to come out to give us an estimate on painting the interior of our four bedroom house. He failed to show up. We even called him and he said he was on his way, but never did show up. It would've been fine if he called us to reschedule, but he pretty much stood us up. Very unprofessional. :(

Carlos and his team were excellent - they started work the day after he did gave me an estimate, everyone worked very hard, and they cleaned up every evening. I have plaster walls in my 1928 house and they prepped the walls beautifully, sanding, and filling in with great care. They were very flexible when I moved in while they were working and patiently agreed to repaint the dining room when I had a change of heart about the color. Benjamin Moore paints all the way and paint was included in my estimate. I'm very happy! Carlos tells me they do lots of exterior work as well, including deck power washing and refinishing.

Very well. Price was after Angie's List discount. Men did not speak English but worked hard and did a good job. They were here 3 days. Carlos, the owner, came same day to give estimate, and was able to come within 2 days when I called to say we were ready to have them begin work. He stopped by each day to see how work was going. when they said they would come at 8:30, they came at 8:25. Very punctual! They use Benjamin Moore paint so if you want to use a different brand (like we did) make sure you tell him beforehand and figure out if he will get the paint or you will.

Will definitely use Carlos again. A pleasure to work with. Good all around contractor. Very responsive to customer. Highly recommended from a very satisfied customer. Continue giving excellent service and youll be very successful.

Painters were timely everyday, worked hard and did a good job. The company owner made sure I was completely satisfied and even did some work that was not contracted for without increasing the contract price. Only first quality material was utilized.
