From the initial contact regarding an estimate through the last contact for a minor amount of touch up, I only have good things to say about this company. They were prompt in responding to my first inquiry, providing a detailed estimate, and in arriving at the agreed upon time to begin the work. Everyone from Mr. Mosquerra through each of the crew members was courteous and professional in all of our contacts. They took appropriate precautionsto protect the furniture, cabinets, and flooring and did a marvelous job in cleaning up after the job was completed. It was the A rating that the company had that attracted me in the beginning and, based on my experience, I'm quite sure that it is well deserved!

Carlos, Fermin, and his team did an excellent job repainting the exterior of our old, brick & siding house. Following the initial quote, Carlos himself made time to come to our house on a Saturday to clarify a couple additional questions. They were timely, neat, and professional from beginning to end, and the quality of their work seems to be exceptionally good. They also did a good job at priming the surface, especially some of the older wood areas that had wood rot. To attest to their excellent work, not just one, but two of our neighbors hired them on the spot for some minor repairs, which Carlos's team did immediately following a timely and neat completion of our project. They were a pleasure to deal with, and I would serve as a reference for them anytime.

They showed up early and did not leave until the job was finished. They were extremely professional and nice and cleaned up after themselves. The work itself and the paint job was fantastic. I would definitely call them back again. The estimate they gave me was lower than the other three estimates I got and the quality was excellent.

Mr. Mosquera came out to survey the job and gave an additional estimate to cover items not covered by the Big Deal. His crew was careful and professional in their work. They started worked at the agreed upon time and did an excellent job. While the additional cost was more than I expected and didn't make the Big Deal quite as "big" as I originally thought, the final cost for the painting job was reasonable.

I contacted Carlos the last week of March and got a call back in 15 minutes to set up an estimate for later that Friday morning. The gentleman that came for the estimate was prompt, friendly, professional. We were not sure if they painted cabinets and were so delighted to be told that they do. The process for the cabinets was described and he covered all details of how they would tackle the kitchen (sanding, number of coats, etc.). We talked about the process for the stairwell and hallway and what was required. He estimated that it would take 3 days at most - we thought that was reasonable. By Sunday April 1st, Carlos sent me an email with the quote and several accompanying documents (Employee Dishonesty Insurance, Home Improvement License, Liability Insurance and proof of Workers Compensation coverage). He was so forthcoming with that information - one usually has to ask to see it and it's usually flashed at you rarely do you get a copy! The quote was detailed and broken out how we asked (cabinets separately) because we thought the cost of the cabinets was going to be more than the rest of the painting. We were so pleased to find out the opposite! The job was scheduled for the following Tuesday. My husband was there when the crew and Carlos arrived at 8:30am. Carlos went over everything again and went to get the paint. My husband and I had a miscommunication regarding the paint colors, but Carlos did not miss a beat and everything was resolved (fortunately before any paint touched the walls). The first day, 2 guys worked at sanding and priming the cabinets and they patched, primed and painted the hallway ceiling. The next day 4 guys came and by 4pm it was all done. Carlos waited for my husband to get home to do a quality check and everything looked great. I could not believe how much they did in one day and everything looked amazing! I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the cabinets - they look brand new! I wish that I had found Carlos earlier, because we would have probably used him for other paint jobs in the house. We will definitely use him again and will recommend his company to friends. Lastly, I talked to Carlos several times and he was just the nicest person. My husband met with him both days of the job and he said that the same thing. He has a great company and we are so happy to have gone with them!

Overall an excellent job as per our previous experience. Never hesitate to discuss any concerns with Carlos as he will always address them and find a solution.

Called them immediately after purchasing the Angie's list special. They arranged to come out that Sunday to inspect the work area and estimate how much paint I would need. During that visit we scheduled the service date of the 7th. They called on the 5th to confirm and were there promptly at 8:30 on the morning of the 7th. I left them and went out for the day. When I came home the only thing I found was everything put back away (furniture, lamps, etc) and a very very neat paint job! Very, very satisfied.

Carlos and his crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. When I called for a quote he came over quickly and then emailed me a very comprehensive quote along with all the other insurance, license and workman's compensation documents. I wanted the job started and finished within a very short time frame after he came over and he assured me he could do it. Not only did he deliver on his promise, he finished two days sooner, and this was over the Easter holidays! His team turned up on time every morning, despite coming to Baltimore from Silver Springs and worked throughout the weekend. The quality of their workmanship was excellent and they even did an extra couple of jobs we asked of them once they had started. The price Carlos gave me was far better than the other 2 quotes I received. Overall, I could not recommend them more highly.

Carlos' team did an amazing job. Very professional, top quality work, continually made sure to get my feedback/approval during the job, on time, easy to work with, etc. I highly recommend Carlos and team. They are now the approved painters for our condo association. Well done Carlos and Thank you!

Fantastic from start to finish. When I visit friends' homes and they say they painted, my eyes always wander up to the edges and inevitably it is sloppy and looks like the unprofessional job that is! I don't think many do-it-yourselfers necessarily take the time to properly perform prep and repair work, nor necessarily paint two coats and properly sand before and between coats. A great crew of four was here for 4 days and it all looks fantastic. I would also like to point out all the cutting in was done, miraculously and artistically, freehand. No tape! I could not be more pleased with Carlos, the supervisor, Firman, and the great crew. No problem with the Spanish, it gave me an opportunity to practice mine! So glad I found Angie's list and Carlos Mosquera, a true professional. I recommend him without reservation. Everyone was also very tidy and cleaned up after themselves.

The painters were punctual and went above and beyond.

He did a good job. He is very prompt with his response and evaluation. He was able to get started immediately. He brought a tremendous amount of people; his team and all of them worked really well. The speed in which they got it done and the quality in which they got it done was remarkable. They did really great job.

A+ service. Carlos gave me a very competitive and quick estimate for the ceiling. The painter he had do the job was very professional, clean, and did a great job. Carlos was also very flexible when it came to rescheduling the service date (due to a medical emergency on my part). I plan to use this company for additional painting jobs inside and outside of my house and will recommend him to my friends.

Carlos responded promptly to my phone call. After our initial conversation, we used email. He sent a pleasant man to do the estimate. I was interested in several minor projects and Carlos wrote up the estimates that way, individually. His proposal was specific as to the prep work as well as the process: primer/2 coats. Paint used was an excellent quality. He scheduled the work within a week. Carlos's team was punctual and professional. Cleanup was meticulous. They completed the work in about 6.5 hours. The portico looks great, as does the window. I would recommend this company.

Carlos never lets down! The workers showed up EARLY and immediately assessed the work needed to be done. The project manager came prior to the work day to gather all the requirements necessary for a speedy job. The contractor also took down existing medicine cabinets to access the bathroom wall. Excellent quality and professional friendly service! Can never go wrong!

Carlos and his crew did a wonderful job. They worked quickly and tirelessly to make our house, which had not been painted for 25 years (our bad!) into a great looking home. This required a lot of scraping and cleaning prep, cleaning, and repair. The price seemed high at first but when we realized the amount of work required, it was more than fair. Without our asking, they added extra tasks (at no charge!) and cleaned and painted additional windows that were not originally part of the estimate. When I questioned them about not getting a second coat applied to the iron porch, I got no argument or excuse. Instead, they very cordially sent someone out the next morning to apply one. This company is very honest, hardworking, and fair and delivers quality. I highly recommend them.

Carlos arrived on time and checked in every day, along with his supervisor. The two workers were diligent and careful with the one day compete prep. When we asked about doing the hall as well, they responded quickly and thoroughly to the additional work. Their attitudes were always, can do. It was a pleasure working with them.

Working with Carlos was a pleasure. For each of our meetings (providing an estimate for the work, meeting during the job, and checking in after the work was complete), Carlos was punctual, organized, and open in his communication. When rotted wood was found in the ceiling of the carport, he let me know what was required to fix it (replacing boards in some places and patching in other spots) and the price for this additional work was very reasonable. He matched the color of the paint perfectly and explanied why he uses Sherwin Williams Deckscapes exterior solid stain instead of paint (doesn't peel!). The stain is beautiful! The color is incredibly rich. I was only home one day while the work team was there, but on each day they were thorough in their care and clean-up of the space. I was worried about a roof leak (didn't know what had caused the boards in the carport ceiling to rot) so he checked out the roof and didn't see anything amiss but offered to come back if I noticed signs of water coming through. There was a big rain after they had finished staining the inside of the carport and I did indeed see water seeping through onto the newly stained carport ceiling (I think because it was stain instead of the old paint it was easier to see). He came back, checked the roof again with my brother-in-law and agreed that the roof looked good but that there may be a little area around a chimney that could use some reinforcement of flashing. He applied the flashing and also touched up the stain where the water coming through the ceiling had left some whitish residue, at no extra charge. After three days of heavy rain in December, the carport ceiling was dry. I really appreciated Carlos' professionalism, work ethic, and guidance and would highly recommend his company.

My plan was to build a custom Garage. As a do it your selfer i did all of the woodwork but I needed professional dry wall and painting services. The estimator came out and right away understood what i was trying to accomplish. I needed four colors and one was a specialty paint. He even helped me pick out my last color. Carlos promised me everything would be completed in 3 days just before Christmas. My garage is looking like a showroom. Thanks Carlos great job

Carlos's crew did an amazing job sanding and sealing the deck--they even sanded and sealed the latticework surrounding the bottom of the deck, which I was not expecting. I inspected it closely and they really did a meticulous job. They also did excellent work inside the house with very good attention to detail. Carlos's estimate was much more reasonable than another bid I received, and was a very good value for the money. I was impressed and would definitely call him again.

Overall is was a very good job and experience. We were able to do much more than we had originally planned.

Incredible service at a great price! Carlos and his crew showed up on time, took tender-loving care to help us move some antiques and breakables, were very couritious and professional, and did a fantastic paint job. This company really knows the meaning of customer service and they gave us the lowest bid. I would highly recommend them.

Carlos was responsive, pleasant, and customer focused during the estimation process. The crew showed up on time and completed the dry wall work on the first day followed by painting the second day. They were able to start the job the day after I authorized them to do the work.
