Mr. Mosquera's crew was very professional throughout my experience with them. After meeting with the estimator, a detail bid was emailed the next day along with their professional credentials. I had some timing issues and he was willing to work with me and committed to a finish date which he kept. The work was outstanding. Very clean lines. Even though they knew the carpet was to be replaced there was very little paint on it. The carpet was going to be replaced with a wood floor so they cut the carpet away from the floor board so they could paint it entirely so when the wood floor was install it would be properly painted. The original colors were very dark and they very happily painted some rooms 3 times. I would highly recommend Mr. Mosquera's company.

He could get it done in like two days. He quoted me a price ($250). What happened in the interim was that my landscaper had come to do some work and my husband didn't know what was involved so he called and I was on my way home. I thought it was Carlos and I asked him to wait for me. When I got here, it was my landscaper. I told him, "I'm sorry I asked you to wait. I could've just talked to you on the phone. I thought you were this person that was going to powerwash my deck." So he said, "Well, we do that. Why didn't you ask us?" The landscaper gave me a quote first then Carlos came and gave me a better price. The landscaper said he would match Carlo's price. I was very pleased with how quickly after the call that Carlos came but the only reason I didn't use him is because my landscaper showed up and told me that he could do it, he could match the price and he could do it the very next day. The very next day was the important feature to me because I had to have it done before they started work on the pool. I would've used Carlos if my landscaper had not been here. I was very pleased with how quick they were. Their pricing was excellent. There a fast response time. I was pleased with how quick they were to come and quote me the price for the job.

Entire process from estimate to a detailed walk through of completed painting by Mr Mosquera went smoothly and quickly. Personnel showed up promptly, were courteous, focused on details, and making sure we were getting the job we expected. They were in and out in a day and did a great job of clean up.

He did a fantastic job. I couldn't ask for better customer service. He came out to survey the job and provided a verbal estimate. He emailed the written estimate and set the appointment. On the appointed day, he arrived a head of schedule and completed the job on time.

Carlos and his team were on time, courteous, professional and provided great service. The guy came out for the estimate was the only one of the three painters to suggest masonry work for badly rusted lentil (instead of just scraping and painting over). His directness and honesty was particularly appreciated. The team all worked hard and did a great job.

It went very well. Someone came to see the house a few days after my initial call and Carlos sent me an estimate by the next day. We e-mailed back and fort for about a week. Once I picked the colors Carlos scheduled me within the next two weeks. Carlos and his crew showed up on time and after Carlos reviewed the scope of the work with them, they got to work right away. They worked non-stop, except for a short lunch break, from 8 am until 4 pm. The crew was very polite and careful. I loved the finished product and will definitely contact Carlos if I need any more painting done in my home.

Another Very satisfied customer here. Its easy to write a glowing review when everything goes as planned but the real test of a Company's focus on customer satisfaction occurs when you run into a significant problem during a job. In this case, the color I found painted on the walls when I returned home after day 1 was close to a sky blue which was not what I was expecting from the Silver Lining paint I had selected. I made a call to the supervisor of the job and let him know that I was not happy with the color. He passed on this information to the owner Carlos Mosquera and Carlos stopped by the next day. I explained that the color on the walls was quite different from what I saw when I painted a sample on my wall prior to commencing the paint job. He asked me for the sample can and took a look at it. While the overall 6 digit paint code for silver lining matched - the formula of the paint they had received differed from the formula used for the sample and the sample was also a more expensive "aura" finish. Carlos asked where I bought the sample and then sent his guys to that location to buy the more expensive paint at $75 per gallon. He then added a day to the job so that his team could return and re-paint with the Aura finish - all at no additional charges added to the estimate (which by the way the lowest of 3 estimates I received). Carlos explained to me that "sometimes you make money on a job and sometimes you lose but thats just business" - what I heard was that Carlos was clearly going to do anything possible to ensure I was satisfied and recommended him regardless of the impact that it had on the profit / loss for this 1 job. The crew was professional, Timely and did Excellent quality work and I appreciate them returning for an unplanned extra day and spending their Saturday re-painting with the Aura paint. This is my first home purchase and its a learning experience - the Silver Lining color on my walls still has more of a Blue gray appearance than I had anticipated but this is the color I chose and Carlos Mosquera and crew were clearly committed to doing everything in their power to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Very Impressed and Highly Recommend.

I placed a request for an estimate to paint the interior of my house through Angie's list. After a few days, I had a phone call from the company. A representative was in the area and wanted to stop by. He arrived in about 15 minutes, and did a detailed list of what was to be done. He did not leave a business card or any identifying information. I have not heard from Carlos Mosquera Painting since then. I have not attempted to contact the company. I am concerned that they are too busy to engage in a contract at this time.

We interviewed him a long time before and then had a kitchen put in and he did it after a long time after the initial interview. It's about $3,000 for everything except for one room, it's a 1,200 square foot condo. We chose the paint which was Benjamin Moore and he went out and got it and I think he got some kind of a deal. He had a crew of maybe three to four people in here. We were very surprised and they did it well. The designated amount of time was less than a week. The paint looks great. We have had a lot of painters and he was definitely the best. We interviewed three different people and they were on the same ballpark. It was a few dollars different depending, but not much. The quality of the work was very good. They added on two extra people just to make sure that they were gone.

Very prompt with the estimate. I got three prices and while Mosquera was the middle price I was impressed with the thorough explanation of the work to be done. The work was started on time and completed as scheduled. Now for the details. The painting on the deck and railing is great. The job has gotten compliments from my friends and requests for their card for new work. The interior repair on the water damaged dry wall required new taping sanding and matching paint that had been on the wall for about 9 years. It matches perfectly. I have people look at it to try to find a difference and no one has. The outside 4x4 was completed a few days later (I was told this ahead of time). Better than I expected as they took the time to level off the entire length. To sum things up, I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use Mosquera Painting again and give them my best recommendation.

The crew was on time. They completed the job in one week and did an excellent job. Carlos stopped by each day to check in. Everything was neatly stored in the yard (ladders, etc.) for the next day. The entire crew was very polite and respectful of our home and property. I will definitely use them again for interior painting as well. The only negative was one worker who was on the cell phone the ENTIRE time. I never really saw him contributing as the others were. Since I work, I did not have a chance to observe this every day. However, I was there on the final day and observed this. Otherwise, the house looks great and they did not disappoint.

I cannot say enough good things about Carlos and his crew. This is probably the fourth or fifth time I've hired him for a variety of painting services, indoor and out. I'm always very pleased with his work, courtesy, and amazing flexibility. Carlos showed up within a day or two of my call for an estimate and gave me a VERY competitive offer for the work I had in mind. Work was scheduled to start shortly thereafter and was performed to my complete satisfaction. The crew was always punctual, worked efficiently and at the end of each day tidied up the house nicely. They were very professional and courteous, and took good care of my property. I won't hesitate to recommend Carlos to anyone looking for a great service at competitive prices!

The quality of the painting was of that of a volunteer group. We expected professional painting and service. Initially the foreman and owner was polite, very upfront and honest. We provided them with a detail outline of the job to be completed. This is what was used to give us an estimate for the job to be completed. An email was send over with correction and/or addition to the final contract agreement. As well an outline to the days we would close our business for the work to be completed. The workers came to the site ready to work on time. The foreman gave little instructions to the workers and was left unattended to complete the job. The job was not completed in the time frame and major interruptions occurred during our business hours. The foreman shows up one day on our busy business day a Saturday demanding final payment when the work had not been completed. He did not even take the time to check the job to see if it was complete and of satisfaction. It was very unprofessional to show up stating that they could not get in contact with us. We received no phone call or email on their arrival. The job was still not completed. The owner became very rude when we demanded the job be completed before receiving the final payment. He stated the the unfinished work was not in the contract. Also, we pointed out some drippings. It wasn't a few dripping, but going all the way up the stair way. He stated that they did not do it. Staff saw the workers painting and mention it to them as the work was being done. As well we have before pictures to show that there weren't any previous drippings. On the wood floor in the hallway there are paint spills that was not cleaned up. Some of them are permanent now. Not the end.....

Punctual estimate, large crew working long hours, quality paint job. I appreciate Carlos' hands on oversight to ensure his team provided a professional job. Friendly crew. This was my third time going with Carlos Mosquera. In separate work, Carlos Mosquera's company painted the exterior of the house I was selling and some interior rooms. I would definitely recommend and call him again.

All their work was better than I could have wished for, Excellent.

The crew was prompt and responsive. They stained and sealed the fence around our property; painting it with a roller (not a spray). Excellent work.

Unbelievable service from start to finish. Phone scheduling was easy - even when I had to reschedule. Fixed ceiling water damage in three places, went to home depot to buy ceiling paint which matched perfectly so I didn't have to repaint a huge ceiling, patched, sanded,, painted and then went outside to replace wood molding and paint (window trim). I expected to pay about twice what they quoted and the work was flawless. I will definitely use them again.

He did a great job on all aspects of job, and had a great price. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

Carlos Mosquera Painting Inc. were good. He shows up on time. He kind of gives you the hard sell, but I've found that if you just let him keep talking, he'll finally come around to the price that he should actually come to. He's like, "I can't do it for that little" and then ten minutes later, he say, "I'll give you $100.00 off." They showed up on time and were very professional. I've been pretty darned pleased with him. I'll be using him again. The price wasn't bad.

I am extremely pleased with Carlos' company -- they did great work for me on a tight time frame. I recently purchased a new home and needed a lot of painting done before my family moved in. Carlos' no. 2 guy, Hermin, contacted me quickly after I left me a message and came and did the estimate for me the next day. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional, and friendly. Then Carlos sent me the contract that evening via email and I told him the colors and they were able to start in a week. They started on a Friday and arrived promptly at 9AM as they said they would. Their crew came in and started setting up immediately -- I helped get them situated and then left them a set of keys and they completed the work by Monday afternoon. I then met with Carlos in person at the house and he walked me through it -- I was very happy with the way it turned out and the quality of the work. These are a very nice group of guys that are very professional and they do high-quality work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will be using them again to paint some other parts of my house.

Good carpentry, prep work, priming, and painting for a fair price.

Carlo's and his crew showed up ready to work, on time, professional looking and equipped. They prepped the wall's, primed and double coated the walls and ceiling in 8 hours. Very thorough prep job and had a couple of great roller men working the walls and ceiling. Always tough to work with satin finish, but it looks great. Will have them back for the rest of the project.

I got a quote from several contractors. Carlos quote was within range. The foreman and crew arrived on time and were very professional. The work was amazing. I can't believe there is no sign of any drywall damage, which was pretty severe after an electrical contractor installed recessed lights. The owner, Carlos Mosquera stopped by mid-way through the project to check and see how things were going. He is a very friendly guy. The workers were very polite and respectful of our home. They moved furntiure, covered it properly and didn't track paint throught the house. They cleaned up before leaving. Price and quality were both outstanding. Overall, this was probaby the best contractor I have hired on Angies List. I will definitely use them again and would recommend that others do so as well.
