Bill is a very personable, straight forward guy. If he can help you with something he will tell you, if he thinks there is a more cost effective way to do something he will make suggestions. He did a lot of work for us, which was impossible to do in one work session, so he tried to schedule the pieces as close together as possible. He generally works independently, but needed a second set of hands for installing the ceiling fan, and brought his wife along to help. They are a great team. A few weeks later we were experiencing some problems with the ceiling fan, which ended up to be intermittent and probably was a manufacturing issue, but Bill came back at no cost to help us sort it out.

Bill and his small company were a pleasure to work with. They responded to Angie's list quickly to meet me for an estimate. At first contact Bill gave me options for the work I'd like completed and took a good look around to be sure the surrounding electrical systems were in good order in this 100+ year old home. I think he did a great job trouble shooting our electrical problems and provided me with condfidence in his solutions . . all with a reasonable fee. I will definitely use his services again!

As I said, the "starters" were a problem and it might have been easier to just replace the lights, but he kept working on those stubborn things until he got it working. Replacing the faulty outlet and capping off the other one went quickly. All told....he was there for about an hour and fifteen minutes.
