As expected - began and completed on time. Good work.

This was a great experience. The salesperson was knowledge, helpful and not pushy. He provided several options and allowed us to take samples home to make a decision. Measurements were taken and the estimate was what we eventually paid for the job. It was a big project but the workers took care of it in two days. All communications I had with the company were professional, they showed up when they were supposed to and the workmanship is first rate. There were less expensive options for materials but I'm glad we stuck with our initial plan. The floors are beautiful. We chose Maple solid flooring with a medium stain from Mercier.

This was a long and difficult job. The 2 man crew sent by Traynor's were extremely hard working under difficult conditions, and very professional in how all of the work was done. They moved every single heavy item around to get to all of the floor space, including a large workbench, metal shelving to the ceiling storing paint cans, washer and dryer, refrigerator and upright freezer. Everything got moved and replaced safely and carefully. This job was done in two different time periods at my request. Each time the work took about 2 days but their workday didn't end at 5 pm...it ended when they were at a place in the process that it was OK to stop. The first time it was after 7 pm and yesterday it was about the same time when the work was totally finished. The new tile and carpet are installed perfectly and everything was cleaned up and ready to be used.

We meet with Abe in the showroom and discussed styles and colors. Abe provided us with a color board with samples of the carpet we were interested in and scheduled a time for him to come out to measure. Abe showed up promptly and measured all of the rooms, he stated that he would work up the drawings back in his office. He contacted us shortly there after with the details. We agreed upon the price and provided a depost. Abe said that the lady in the office would check availability and contact us to schedule installation. She contacted us within one or two days. We requested to hold off installation a few weeks until we could do some painting, she was very agreeable to this and we scheduled a date. It was stated that the installers would move all of the furniture, they just asked that we remove all breakable items and electronics. The day of installation, the two man crew arrived at 7:00 as expected, introduced themselves and assessed the job and started moving the furniture. Once they cleared out the rooms they removed the old carpeting and padding. I had several floor squeaks that I wanted to repair and they were very obliging on that. The one guy even lent me his screw guy when he saw how lame mine was (he even told my wife that they went on sale around Christmas time). They proceeded to lay the padding and the carpeting and once completed moved the furniture back to it's original locations. They worked non-stop for five hours straight and when completed vacuumed the carpeting. The lead installer walked us through every area and asked if we were satisfied with everything.

Very good service! Traynor's installed carpet through out our house about 20 years ago. Later, we had them install hardwood in part of the house. Today, we had them back again to install carpet in two bedrooms. We are very pleased all around. The service at the store was incredible. When they came out to measure, they were right on time. Today, two men came to install the carpeting. Again, they arrived at the time specified. They moved furniture, removed the old carpeting, installed the new and moved furniture back again .I couldn't believe how they both got right to work. Both men were very nice and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

I had an outstanding experience. They did carpets and hardwood. They used synthetic wood. The quality was excellent.

While they were helpful, they didn't go out of their way and once we walked out of there, we never heard from them again. They could have worked a little harder to get our business but their customer service was pretty relaxed. They took a while for them to return phone calls, sometimes after multiple messages. Also, the guy who measured our floor totally over-measured the size compared to other people who measured it so I think they were trying to make some extra money by making us buy extra flooring.

They gave me a quote first and it was clear and fine. It was good. I was very pleased with the service. The estimator was punctual, they worked with our schedules and we were very pleased.

We were very impressed by the quality of Brett's work. In our master bathroom, we have a marble baseboard. Brett cut the new tile very carefully, so that there was no need for a shoe moulding. The other floors looked good, too. During the selection process, Traynor was very accommodating. They allowed us to take many samples home.

I was satisfied with the work and they met my expectations money-wise. They were very easy and pleasant to work with.

We chose Traynor's because of their selection and the quality of the carpeting they offered for the price. Their estimator arrived when promised, answered our questions about carpet types and installation, and left a detailed written proposal. I was surprised to find that they wanted a down payment of approximately two-thirds of the total price before they would schedule the work, but agreed to this because they said that the job could be done in about two weeks, which turned out to be the case. The installers were polite and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, hauled away the old carpet and pad, and left the room clean. They moved large furniture pieces out of the room and back into it carefully. I inspected the finished work before they left and found no problems with the work and no damage to my property.

This experience was pleasant. Workers showed up on time as scheduled, cleaned up after themselves and work was done in a quality manner. Don't hesitate to use this contractor. Continue good work.

I PICKED TRAINERS BASED UPON A FRIEND'S RECOMMENDATION. I FOUND THEM TO BE VERY RELIABLE. THE QUALITY AND PRICE WERE QUITE RESPECTABLE FOR THE PROJECT. THE NEW FOYER FLOOR LOOKS REALLY GOOD NOW.
