Ben was able to come earlier than planned which was great. He was efficient, timely & explained what the problem was and answered our questions about other electrical needs for the house. He wore protective coverings on his shoes.

We've been using Tim Kyle Company (TKC) since 2007 when our former electrician failed to show up for a service call, didn't call, didn't respond to any of my several phone messages throughout that day. While I've always been totally satisfied with all the electricians from TKC, I'm partial to the owner's son, Ryan Kyle. The most recent work we had done was the replacement of our electrical grounding system by Ryan on 09/18/2017 at a cost of 576.00. About 10 days prior, when Miss Utility was here to mark our property for the construction of a new privacy fence around our backyard, the locator for the BGE lines noticed dangling wires on the exterior basement wall, said they were from our electrical grounding system, they should be grounded and not dangling. I then called BGE who told me to call an electrician; this wasn't a job for BGE. I called Ryan who was able to send one of his employees out the next day but I preferred to wait a few days for Ryan himself. As always, Ryan showed up right on time (he always calls if he's going to be delayed, which rarely happens). Before proceeding with the job, which involved installing a new electrical grounding system and digging a trench in the backyard for the grounding, he gave me a written estimate first, which is always the case with TKC. As is always the case with Ryan and all TKC electricians who have come to our house, the work was performed professionally, expediently, neatly and courteously. I don't think you can ever go wrong with TKC for any of your electrical issues and I highly recommend them. Sometimes Ryan doesn't return my voice mail message within the same day and I need to call him a second time and, without knowing for sure (because I've never shopped around for estimates), I think maybe TKC's rates may be higher than average. But I have such complete confidence in this company - especially in Ryan - that I'm willing to make that second phone call when necessary and to pay more for their services (if, in fact, I am paying more ... I don't know). TKC has been rated Carroll County's best electrical company for several years in a row ... there's good reason for that.

Bruce arrived on time, was very professional and well spoken. Explained everything before beginning. Wore shoe covers, used drop cloth, very careful not to damage anything.

They replaced the sockets and short pieces of wiring leading to them. They also replace the bulbs with modern cooler ones. They also replace the entire fixture over the sink with a newer, brighter, LCD lit fixture.

Bruce was on time and came equipped with all the tools and supplies he needed. He was very professional, efficient and gave a very understandable explanation of the work to be done before he began.

Ben called first to make sure I was home. He introduced himself, put on shoe protection & assessed problem - Replaced faulty breaker & left estimate for further work w / detailed invoice. Very nice young man. Very respectful & tidy in appearance & quick & efficient worker.

Technician on time. Efficient. Pleasant. Didn't try to "upsell".

Jack & Derek arrived on time and conducted themselves professionally. Jack explained everything. in detail and answered all my questions. He was patient and very kind. I am more than happy.

Bruce is a experienced professional who was able to fix work from a less experienced company. He explains things well.

No work has been done yet- just the estimate. Work scheduled for 6/28/17. The 2 electricians called before their arrival- arrived on time - were very professional, detail - oriented & informative.

Technician arrived on time; Aaron was very thorough. Tim Kyle Electric really cares about customer service and safety. They replaced light switches that made noises when turning on at no extra charge. We are pleased with the quality of work we received.

It was easy. Aaron knew what I needed and went above and beyond excellent work.

Showed up late, didn't install the bathroom fan as the manufacturer recommended (pic, fan5), dented the fan grille (pic, fan1). It was installed without the supplied support rails because he claimed he couldn't get in the attic. Now sure how I got the photos, then... The vent hose was kinked in the attic and hardly any air came out of the soffit, so I had to go into the attic to correct it. That's when I took the photos. Didn't give a price up front because apparently a bath fan with bluetooth speakers isn't in whatever book they price from. Not in the book? Overcharge. Generally very unhappy with the whole experience and will be looking elsewhere in the future. Not sure how when the customer supplies EVERYTHING but a romex clamp someone can charge so much. Absolutely unacceptable. $465 to have someone dent my fan, install it incorrectly, and throw out the parts that weren't used. Like the battery to the manufacturer supplied remote and the joist supports. I'm leaving the cost of service as originally quoted because it was only lowered to $465 after I complained about being ripped off.

They are good. The man that came is such a pleasant man. It was a different man this time, then the last time. Both men were as nice as they could be. They explained things. They looked up things that I would need. They were very safe and careful. They wouldn't change things unless I said okay. They would tell me if they found something wrong.

They were fine. If I had an choice, I would give him an A plus, but you don't have plus's. They were very courteous, very congenial, and we felt very comfortable with them. It worked out fine for us. They were very professional. He kept everything neatly, and cleaned neatly. They did everything perfectly, and we would recommend them to anyone.

They are very reasonable with what we wanted to have done. They were excellent. There were a couple of men with him. They left the area very clean, inside and out. The whole thing. The entire estimate, explaining things to us, and installing everything. We were very satisfied. I would say very professionalism, very courteous, and overall very polite people. They were very nice people.

It was very expensive but they worked long hours to get my power back on and were very helpful in answering a lot of my questions and concerns.

On time. Called to confirm arrival time. All work done very quickley & efficiently. I have used this company for the past five years. For complete overhaul of two different houses. Always a pleasure! & Complete satisfaction.

Very professional and friendly. Took care and cleaned up afterwards. Everything was great! Price was more than I thought but I'm overall very satisfied.
