Ryan was very punctual - came in and set up his equipment after putting on shoe covers. He had to do alot of driling and sawing in the ceiling which made a mess - but he had put down drop cloths so that there was nothing on any of my carpets or flooring. took his time and explained what he had to do, and since I had taken the day off for him to come out he got it all done that day for me. did a nice job and did not seem to mind all of my questions - answered them all so that I could understand what he was doing.

The technician contacted me before arriving, arrived on time, and was very considerate of my home. He explained what he was going to do, why he was going to do it, and then did exactly what he said he would. I asked him to evaluate my existing, aging electrical panel for advice on how to improve it, which he did. He listed everything necessary to bring it to code, explained that I wasn't required to bring it to code, and explained which services weren't strictly necessary but were advisable. He finished the work in a reasonable timeframe. I will use Tim Kyle Electrical for additional electrical work.

I was experiencing strange problems with my electricity at home. I found this company through Angie's List and called for an appointment. My appointment was made within three days. The dispatcher quoted my concerns directly to the technician. The technician (Leland) arrived on time, and, as per my request, called to notify me of his arrival and provided me with proof of his identity before entering my home. He took the time to walk me through the process, and shared the written, well-explained and fair prices for services. He performed a diagnostic of the entire system, then explained, in detail, the work that needed to be done and my options for getting the work done. I am very satisfiedwith his service and intend to have him return as "my electrician" for the future!

They were great, they came and gave us a quote, he was very polite, and very knowledgeable. Once we got the quote, they did the work within a week.

Their number is on our refrigerator and they are excellent. Their professionalism and how they handle the job are good. First of all when they come into the door, they put little covers on their shoes so they have probably dusted my floors for me rather than messed them up. They give you a detailed and itemized list of what you want to have done and what it will cost. It is just a really good deal and they are really good people. We have been with them for probably somewhere around four years now and I wish that we went with them way sooner. I have no idea how much they charged us for their last service but it was a couple of hundred dollars. We would definitely keep using them in the future.
