Aaron called before arriving. He was prompt and courteous. he determined that a part was necessary to repair my fan. he performed a safety review and left in a timely fashion.

I always call Tim Kyle for electrical work. They are excellent-work was scheduled, completed quickly.

Bruce was on time. His uniform was clean & he put on booties to keep my floors clean. He was very professional - made sure I understood what he was doing. I was very satisfied & impressed.

Bruce phoned to see if he could begin earlier than our appointment time, & I was delighted. He also found simple solutions to a couple of problems, and fixed what he could. Bruce was very polite, amiable and professional.

This is the second time I've had Leland from Tim Kyle Electric out to our house. He is extremely professional & thorough. This is the second year we've signed up for their service plan, which gives us the safety check plus 10% off services. I called office and receptionist was very helpful. She set me up fro a next day appointment. Aaron arrive on time with a pre-call to let me know he was on his way as promised. He listened to my request, surveyed the area and provided a written estimate. I did think it was pricey but we had the work done. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Aaron also gave us an estimate on additional work. He was very thorough with great ideas. Again, work was pricey and we can't afford to do it right now. If we decided to do it, we may in fact use them. I would be happy to have Aaron do any future work for us.

Leland was on time and the price was as quoted on the original call. Inspected the house for electrical safety, tightened contacts at box, checked in-ground electrical cables. Overall, work was excellent!

The experience was great, the technician, Bruce, explained everything before he started working and set out a fair estimate for me. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was polite, and took care of the job very professionally.

This review was supposed to be back in July but I didnt have any time because I was in the process of renovating the entire townhome we bought in May. Brian was amazing! He came in on one hot day, gave me a very honest and reasonable estimate in installing all the things that I would like for the loft (which was very bare: no dry wall and insulation either). He was able to make room for me and they installed everything in tip-top shape! He gave me recommendations and tips on how to safely maintain my home. I will definitely recommend Tim Kyle Electrical Service to anyone, especially Brian!

The technician was Bruce and he did an outstanding job. I fell confident in his skillset. Working with this contractor was like a breath of fresh air. They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. This contractor responded within a day of my call and scheduled service within a few days. Bruce made this so easy, because he had advanced knowledge and skills and knew just how to approach a challenging job and suggested ways to save me money, while other contractors had shied away from the job. He was polite and courteous and answered all my questions. I received reminder calls for the date the work would be done. The work was done on time as scheduled, with courtesy calls to let me know their anticipated time of arrival and keep me informed about how long they expected the work to take. The work was done neatly with attention to detail and clean up was thorough. The customer service I received was outstanding. Thank you Bruce and Tim Kyle Electric. I look forward to working with you again.

Leland was on time and called to let me know exactly when he'd be there. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. This is the second time he has provided service to this address and I'd like to have him every time.

I called to schedule this service for later in the week. The woman who handled my call was nice & professional but would not give me any prices over the phone. She explained that the electrician would give me the cost on site and regardless if I have any work done, there would be a $60 fee just to show up. I was in a time crunch so I scheduled anyway. The electrician Brian showed up within his time window and was professional. He also put shoe covers on while in my house and cleaned up all of the mess. My issue is mainly with the cost. The cost he quoted me for everything I thought was extremely expensive. $150 to hang a ceiling fan in a room that already had a fan pre wire was a little high. The bigger issue I had was with the cost to install an automatic light switch to control my outside lights. These lights were 2 pole which means he had to change the wiring on both ends and install the switch. He charged $99 x 2 to change the wiring on both ends plus $99 to install the switch. He wanted to charge me another $99 to program the switch since he said it would take almost an hr. I ended up programing the switch myself in 10 minutes. Almost $300 to install an auto light switch is ridiculous and that did not even include programming. I also asked him to give me a price on installing 1 outside security light that I had bought and he told me it would be $600. I did not do that b/c that cost is even crazier than what I was charged for the auto switch. Installation was fine but will not use them again b/c of their high cost and $60 service fee which many other electricians do not charge if you use them.

Bruce called about his arrival time. Was on time, inspected the house. Talked about work I had requested.

Leland Hughes was on time, very professional and reasonably priced. Did very clean work. You would never know he was there.

Ryan arrived on time and put down drop cloths and booties and proceeded to in stall 2 new circuit breakers for me. Had to thread wires thru ceiling from first floor to the basement. Very neat job. Ryan is very nice and very polite and I would recommend this company to everyone!

Tim Lyle has done work for me for over twenty years. Always polite, professional, fair and does superb work.
