Received phone call from technician (Aaron) when he was on his way – he arrived on time problem was evaluated & Aaron confirmed he had part on touch before beginning work. Aaron thoroughly explained each step of inspection & thoroughly explained ca item. I will use Tim Kyle electric again & request Aaron as technician.

For over 2 years I had been using several different electricians from a larger electrical company – lights come on for couple weeks then with rain – go out this spring I decided to replace complete at one time. Kyle Electric identified multiple areas that were not up to code and did replacement work I have lights again with a 3yr warranty.

Provider sent two technicians. They actually arrived ahead of schedule; were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! They identified the source of the electrical failure, requiring a more extensive follow-up visit. They fixed the broken outlet and performed a courtesy safety check of the whole house. The technicians were up-to-date on all the latest electrical safety guidelines and regulations. They patiently answered all my questions and explained what they were doing the whole time they worked on things. They also took the time to educate me about the electrical features associated with my new house, as well as provided me with additional information about their company and other services offered by their company. Both technicians had great technical and people skills -- a good mix! Appreciate their help and consideration! Thanks!

Extremely long day due to unexpected problems-Aaron and Derek were extremely professional after 11 hours of had work, the job was completed. Extremely and satisfied with the install job, how they worked that long and still maintained their enthusiasm is begs alone understand Derek is a new employee, he seemed very experienced. As the two said, we now have an electrician for fire.

Bruce was on time – knew his job – did an excellent inspection.

Bruce & helper showed up early, which was great. Inspected circuit wires & receptacle. Replaced some wire & receptacle & inspected & tested the circuit. They were great & did an excellent job.

I was very concerned about losing power during the impending blizzard so I started calling at the beginning of the week. I called my normal local electrician first , BGE Home ,and they did not have anyone that could come out and do the work before the blizzard hit. So I started looking at Angie's List and Tim Kyle was at the top of the list. I gave them a call and they were very professional from the first contact. The person I talked to on the phone took my information and promised a call back shortly. Within the hour they called back and let me know that they could do the work. The electrician called at 7:30am and said he would be there at 8am. Arrived right on time. The electrician was great, He walked me through the various options for accomplishing my goal. He explained to me what he was going to do and then walked me through their process for pricing projects. Their pricing is all firm fixed instead of Time and Materials, which is good for me. The pricing was significantly higher than what BGE had quoted me earlier in the year but it was a higher quality option also. He gave me three options but did not feel that the option that BGE had offered was a good long term option. I agreed. The work itself took most of the day. He kept me informed throughout the time and there were not any surprises. When the panel was installed, he walked me through a mock outage at my home and even showed me some of the nuances of the generator itself. We had multiple circuits powered up, including the water heater and well pump. We turned on some hot water so we could see what happened when the hot water heater kicked in. Everything worked to perfection. He cleaned up, went through a quick 10-point electrical safety survey he had done and then was on his way. Very impressed with every aspect of the install. They seem to have thought of everything. Highly recommended, especially if you need high quality electrical projects done. Not sure how competitive they are on smaller run of the mill service calls.

They called to let us know when they were arriving, arrived on time, put on protection booties before entering, explained what they would do, did the work, then sat down and went over findings, recommendations and the reason for them.

Ryan was on time, professional manner, wore shoe covers in house. Completed work quickly & up to electrical code. He even helped me with an additional project unrelated because he was that kind. I've used this company for over 10 years. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Technician called to see if he could come earlier. We said, yes! He arrived, covered his shoes. He informed us of company's polices, including warranty. Very knowledgeable, very polite. Problem fixed in a very short time.
