Jack arrived on time, was very careful about protecting flooring during the work was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the project well. Pricing was up front & reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

Bruce called ahead that he was on his way. Put a mat down to set his tools on, put shoe covering on then we sat down so he could explain what his plan of action was and the price. He proceeded to do a thorough diagnosis and explained as he went along. He didn't rush the job and also did a complimentary 10 pt safety inspection on other items.

Calling the office for an appointment was easy. Servicemen came during their window, were police, gave an estimate. So far, so good for the repairs.

So when a service shows up and puts a red carpet down and slips on little red booties, you know you didn't select the discount option. they charge by job, not hour, so while we thought the price was a bit steep, he did find and repair the problem and was there for hours. so in the end, I felt the cost was justified. Also the switch stopped working a few weeks later and they came back and repaired it at no charge (work is covered) almost right away. So if you are looking for top notch electric services, go for these guys.

Reviewed the location and access from the electric panel in the basement then we discussed options on how to best go about it. Bruce gave a detailed review and explanation of what he was going to do including cost and end result of what wires would look like from the outside since he would have to go on the outside of the home. Work was done perfectly and professionally job well done all around.

Very through work above and beyond expectations, went from basement garage to attic and barn feel inspection, replaced all smoke detector batteries on the battiest replacement , the technician showed me it was replaced. everything was explained to me, very professional done!

Bruce explained everything in detail & recalled the work he last performed at my home a year ago. He found solutions that were fast-effective to do what I wanted & was a pleasure to work with. He's like a friend-you trust him + his opinion.

A list was made up with prices and I selected the ones that I felt needed to be taken care of promptly. And he started. He will return and finish because there were parts that he had to order. There were things he checked that I didn't even know about and I appreciate that.

Bruce the electrician called ahead to let me know time of arrival. He was very prompt & professional. I received estimate of cost of work and decided to proceed. He was extremely careful of wood floor while doing work. I am very pleased. I also received a free safety inspection.

Very very impressive....both gentlemen were prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and thorough !! My wife and I simply could not define a pattern. We had lost the use of an outside outlet (back yard), (4) outlets in our kitchen (encompassing two refrigerators), 1st floor hall light, 1st floor office light, 1st floor bathroom light, 2nd floor office light, and 2nd floor bedroom outlet. Every time we tried to trip the cognizant breaker(s) they had been rendered non-responsive ?? Both gentlemen, Brian Greaver AND Derek Grimes, traced the circuit problem to loose wires within our 1st floor office light. They immediately remediated that issue as well as ALL other aforementioned issues. Their troubleshooting alone was worth the price of admission !! I am a huge advocate of quality...it was indeed refreshing to watch it in action, courtesy of Tim Kyle Electrical Services. The electrician called in advance as promised, He arrived on time, reviewed the work with me and write up a quote, after pricing was agreed upon work was started. The company change by the job ratchet them by the hour. The work was well done.

We moved in to a house that did not have up to code GFC receptacle in laundry area nor a equate receptacles in utility/basement/water filtration areas. We also had a broken receptacle box in dining room. The service man was on time, clean, courteous, and hard working. He kept the house & work areas clean w/mat & shoe covers. I originally saw Tim Kyle service men at a supply store. They kindly answered my questions, they were in uniform & clean, plus their vehicle was also clean and not damaged. Other folks in the area recommended the company.

It went very well. There were only a couple of times of something went wrong, but each time they made it right and I had a lot done, so I can understand a few hiccups. The customer service they provide is outstanding. I order a lot of lights in daylight color and the service manager always makes sure they have it in stock because they come out. He also touches base with me after every job to make sure it went good. The price is up there, but I can promise you, you get what you pay for.
