Fantastic! I just had Shannon for the first time and the best way to know how well your house is being cleaned is by comparison to the previous house cleaner. I never knew, frankly, what a poor job the previous cleaner had done until I saw the difference in how thorough and dedicated Shannon is. She obviously takes great pride in the quality of her work. My apartment has never looked or smelled so clean and fresh since the day I moved in. And as a bonus, Shannon is very kind and genuinely concerned about the welfare of her clients. Shannon is amazing! I desperately needed help to give my parents a healthy place to visit after 15 months apart due to Covid 19. My job needs, unfortunately, left my house a mess over the past year or so. In addition, a needed bathroom remodel left dangerous drywall dust on all surfaces leaving me overwhelmed, and worried about their health. I found her service, and called her with special needs. She came to my house the next day and gave me a great estimate. My elderly parents had an amazing visit, and said they had an amazing night's sleep, and loved their rooms! She now amazes me every 2 weeks with my spotless house and it is worth every penny. She analyzes used/less used spaces, and helps you to create a plan that benefits all involved. Initial deep cleaning/bi-weekly maintenance/and larger projects are what I need. Your house will smell amazing, and you will wake up everyday in a clean environment. She is politely, and yet hystericaly honest on how you can do some casual maintenance. Super high energy, and a motivator, for sure! Love her!! Go, Shannon!!

Shannon responded quickly to request for estimate. She uses her own products but will also use whatever items you prefer. When she had an earlier opening, she asked if she could come see us sooner. I think she is proactive and organized. The house smelled and looked wonderful! She thoroughly cleaned the floors and bathrooms. I highly recommend her services!

I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by Shannon's excellence in detail, she did more then expected.. over the years I've used many larger cleaning companies and must say after having to go through varies things, such as them not cleaning as directed , or having to worry about one of their employees stealing from my home.. and even as far as them not showing up with without notice.. I've NEVER had any of those issues with Shannon in the time that she's been me. It's always a pleasant experience! She won't disappoint!
