+ -1 moreAt first they asked me to order the keyboard; they sent me a link to do this, part cost $66. It took about 2 weeks before they called for me to pick up the computer. During that time they discovered that the keyboard I ordered was the wrong one, however, since I ordered what they told me to order, they had ordered the correct part in the mean time and replaced it for the original agreed upon price. A bit of a glitch on their part, but great service. SELTEC is located in an old house in an out of the way place with no sign out front, be sure to watch for the address on the mailbox if you use them.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and replaced keyboard on my 4 year old HP laptop computer.

+ -1 moreMy husband died in January and I needed to clean out his computer and transfer information from his computer to mine. This was done professionally and confidentially. Good experience.
Description of Work: Company rep shut down a computer no longer in use, moved the one I now use to a different location, made sure all equipment operated properly, and cleaned up any debris.
