I would like to express my pleasure in dealing with Charles. Charles and his crew did an excellent job on my drywall repairs. His price beat the competition ,and I could tell that he actually cares and takes pride in his trade. This guy is first class in all respects. Recommended with no reservation.

Charles and his team gave me a whole new look in 4 rooms of my house. The downstairs had a drop ceiling which they removed and replaced with drywall then painted. They also replaced doors and added a recessed medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The team did great work. They were very pleasant and left he project clean and neat. I will be hiring them for future projects in my house and on the property. Thanks to Charles and his team!

Estimate was made on the spot. Charles has a decent size team so work is done quickly. Repaired missing drywall/ceiling, and restored wooden beam. Replaced crown molding. Prepared and painted ceiling/walls, trim. Overall, good experience and very good value contractor providing excellent service at a reasonable price.

I hired him again on 8/17/2017 to do my basement . Very neat and cleaned up beautifully.

Charles was extremely responsive, paid attention to details that I would have missed, and actually personally did the work with his team from start to finish. The drywall repairs and the paint job was excellent. The settlement cracks in the ceiling are completely gone, and the fresh paint in the kitchen and family room look great. He was very clean as well and made sure everything was cleaned up after each day. I would highly recommend Charles and plan on using his company again for future work.

We are delighted with the work done in our home by Schemm Custom Painting. We had 4 rooms painted (ceilings, walls, and trim) plus crown molding added to two rooms. The price was excellent and the work was more than excellent. We are considering having another room with vaulted ceilings done which will include scrapping the stucco finish off the ceiling to create a smooth ceiling, and painting the ceiling, walls and trim. Again, we have been quoted an excellent price. When we go forward with this work, we plan to contract with Schemm Custom Painting without bothering with other bids. The crew arrived on schedule each day, worked all day, and cleaned up each day before they left. Their work was precise and neat. Before they finished on the last day, we were asked if we had any concerns that they should address before they finished the job. We had none. We would urge anyone considering having work done to consider Schemm Custom Painting. They also do exterior painting and drywall work. We could not have asked for more.
