+ -1 moreHe opened up the pool very thoroughly as usual. The problem is that when you call him for advice or a problem, he doesn't call back for three or five days, even though he states he responds in 24 hours. He sometimes leaves a message on the house phone that he has called, despite my telling him that that I carry my cell phone with me at all times. In my opinion he is a good technician but a poor communicator.forgot

+ -1 moreThey are very good. I have been using them for years and they are very reliable. I no longer live in the house, I moved away but I still own the house, I have rented it out and I have retained their services. They are very trustworthy. I would recommend them. They are reasonable and I have checked with other pool companies, so they are reasonable for the area. He is by himself, so sometimes, it takes a day or two for him to get back with me, but I expect that because I know he does not answer his cell phone while he is working so I leave a message on his voice mail. I am never home when he is there but when he says he is going to be there, I guess he is there. I get home in the afternoon; he has been there and gone.
