NaturaLawn of America - Baltimore West

We have been using them for over a year. It's all natural stuff. It doesn't hurt my head. We had another service that we have used before and evidently my dog was allergic to it and caused her to go into a very bad kidney infection so we had to change pest control companies. We went to NaturaLawn because what they use is all natural and take care of the bugs without harming animals. My dog immediately got better when we started with them so that was why we started using them, but she has since deceased. We've been using them for awhile. I won't change back to the other places. These people are pretty good. They come out based on my contract, monthly or bimonthly, however I got set it up. It's probably a little bit more expensive but not that much like using a Terminix or one of those other companies. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I pay for quality and I get it. I can send them an email and they will have somebody there the next day. They are very professional when they show up. They knock on the door, they let me know they are doing their thing, and they are out in the yard. If I need them to come in the house, they come in the house so everything's cool.

They're dependable, they use the natural organic products. They do what they are supposed to do. They treated the lawn for grubs, weeds. The lawn looks real good this year. We've had a lot of rain, so that's helped a lot.

The experience has been great. They leave little notes when they are done with what it is that they did. If we are home, they ring the bell and ask if we have any issues which they always want to know. They have always been friendly and great. We pay by the year and not by every service.

I hired Natural Lawn of America. I'm extremely satisfied with them right now. They're so customer focused, I've never seen anything like it. They follow-up, they answer your questions, we knew the guy's name and his cellphone number before he came out. We can walk the property with him and he was very responsive to us pointing to different issues that we might have been having. The salesman or account manager was incredibly responsive to my questions. They're just awesome. They start in May and they finish in October I think.

I initially called to schedule and the owner of the company said they would be out in a week. A technician later called me to say that it would be two weeks. When the technician did come out, my lawn mower guy was here. Brett (the technician) said he would come tomorrow (as in today) to do the service since he had one more appointment for the day. I called the company to verify that they were coming out today. The supervisor said they weren?t coming out today, but would be out tomorrow. I asked why he wouldn?t be out today and the owner of the company got snippy with me and said the technician would be out today and hung up on me. This is not an A company. He was very unclear as to when he was going to come out. Brett could have easily gone to his next appointment and come back yesterday.

They fertilized the lawn and did weed control. They also did mole control. One person comes out to complete the work and it doesn't take him long. I like the it's environmentally friendly.I would tell family and friends that they do a good job. My lawn looks better.

Naturalawn of America was able to treat my lawn while I was away from home.They clearly marked my property to notify myself and neighbors The lawn appears healthy and there is no sign of crabgrass or weeds.

I have used NaturaLawn of America - Anne Arundel in 2012, 2013, and again in 2014. I have a two acre property and it was a "weed farm" when I engaged them to provide the above noted services on a seasonal basis. I was advised that it would take two to three seasons to see the full results of their work, and that was true. Although I noted improvement in previous years, this year, my lawn looks BEAUTIFUL! For the size of my property, I find their price to be very reasonable. Their technicians are professional, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about their services and products. After the bitter winter of 2013-2014, I spoke with my lawn technician about planting grass seed in some areas where the local deer population had pulled the grass up by the roots as they ate it for food. He advised me that he could sow the seed, but that he believed I would not get good value for the money spent for this extra job at that time of year. He recommended that I wait until fall to re-seed, due to a probable better result. I appreciated that he did not sell me something I asked for, that would not be truly beneficial or a good value at that time. The company guarantees that you must be satisfied, or they will return and re-treat for free. I asked for re-treatment of weeds once in the first season, due to results which I thought were inadequate. When I contacted the company office, there was no argument or question. They sent a technician out again within a few days and re-treated the entire two acres for weeds again at no charge. My neighbors have been so impressed with the results on my lawn that three of them have also hired NaturaLawn of America - Anne Arundel to provide services for their lawns too. As far as I'm aware, we are all happy customers. I am aware of environmental issues and try to use as few pesticides and herbacides as feasible to maintain my property's landscape appearance. The fact that NaturaLawn makes this a priority in their company's service practices is important to me. One of the reasons they ask for your patience in improving the health and appearance of your lawn is because they concentrate on improving the root system of your grass and overall health of the soil, which in turn GROWS better grass. They don't just zap the lawn with toxic chemicals that yield the fastest results. I plan to continue to use NaturaLawn of Amerca - Anne Arundel, as I believe they are providing me with high-quality service at a reasonable price.

I spoke with their manager Don about this who was rude and arrogant to me. He implied that we were the problem and did not make his employees behave any differently. When my roommate tried to call them back afterwards the manager hung up and they would not answer. He is ignoring our complaint and this has been happening for 2 years now.

They don’t use chemicals that are bad for the Chesapeake, which played a big part in my decision to go with them. Their pricing was also comparative to others. I will be using them for fertilization and weed control.

They are wonderful. They are different than other companies because they actually take soil samples. They custom make your fertilizer depending on what your lawn needs. I like them because they use as many environmentally friendly products as possible. It is a green as you can possibly get it. They might be a little more expensive, but they are definitely worth it. This is a very good and reliable service.

I got NaturaLawn's name from a family friend whose lawn is so green and thick. So I sent an email request for NaturaLawn to stop by an give an estimate for a lawn treatment plan. I immediately received confirmation that someone would be by to assess my lawn within two days. They stopped by left a description of what was wrong and an estimate for an annual program. They followed up that evening with a phone call. Very polite and courteous. Didn't rush me and thoroughly answered my questions. It was explained it would take a little time, but my lawn would come back. I decided to try the program and am excited to see the results.

Amazing, after just one treatment our lawn looks wonderful. The dandelions are gone and our lawn that had so many weeds is now a lush green grass. We never expected the results so quickly. It was important to us to use a natural lawn service, since we have our grandchildren over and wanted to make sure our lawn we free of as many chemicals as possible. GREAT!

They are very professional and personable. They use more natural products to treat the lawn than some of the others. They give a discount when you prepay for the year. I get a 7% discount every year. The people that come out and do the work are very trustworthy people. We would continue to use them as long as we have our house here.

Have only had two applications so they have started as agreed,and I assume will complete as agreed.see above.

I am on a yearly contract with them and they notify me of what they did after each application. I chose them because they use natural lawn treatments so the chemicals are not as harsh if they get into the water supply or on my yard. They also try to sell you aeration and lawn reseeding. They seem a little expensive and I have been thinking of switching because their comments after application are sometimes inconsistent. They do kill weeds but I think they could do a little better job.
