So far we had 3 treatments, it went very well, the first treatment performed than it rained, I got mosquito bits and called the center, than came back retreated it. So far so good, we feel very comfortable going to our yard and enjoy the outdoor activities.

Very professional. Came at agreed upon date/time and did an excellent job.

While I can't say of the effectiveness yet, the company was very professional in doing the service and following up with me in a timely manner.

Purchased monthly mosquito control treatment. They come out promptly each month and we have noticed a discernable reduction in our mosquito population.

We've had two treatments so far and I can not be happier with the service. We used to have an incredible mosquito problem in our yard, to the point that after a certain time in the summer we couldn't go outside. With small kids, this wasn't a good situation. Since starting the treatment plan, we have had no issues with mosquitos at all. I would say even the fly population has decreased. They have been really great and they are very professional and polite. They are very conscientious about leaving everything the way they found it and cleaning up afterwards.

Provider was very timely in response and provided service as described. So far we are very happy.

It went extremely well. Rob called me the day before to let me know he would be coming the next day. He let me know that he would make a final decision on treatment once he was here and could see the condition of the lawn. That impressed me! (No "One Size Fits All" like I've had with other lawn maintenance companies.) Once he had inspected the property, he rang the bell; we chatted a few minutes, and I was in agreement with his plan. I'm happy to report the stilt grass is browning out, and the turf grass is growing well but not excessively fast. This will help my lawn develop strong, healthy roots to last through the winter. I have only been using NaturaLawn since this spring, and I've been so impressed with the way they customize treatment for my particular property and my particular needs. I am very concerned about the health of the Chesapeake Bay and the environment in general, so I really scrutinized their program before joining it. An additional plus.... Each of the staff members with whom I've interacted, from the initial sales manager to the turf and IMP specialists to the office staff, have been very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. And they are, by far, the best company I've ever used.

I have used NaturaLawn for several years. I am very pleased with their service. If you are ever dissatisfied with anything about your service or lawn care, they will try to resolve the issue immediately. The owner and the technicians are very easy to work with. After each service, comments are left on the invoice about your lawn and recommendations. I have recommended this lawn service to several people.

Everything has gone well. And Natural lawn's work has made taken care of the yard (other than mowing) simple and easy. They have never missed a visit and make themselves available to answer questions. I have my own expert to call and talk to if I need to know anything special. This year, I asked about when was the best time to put down new seed in order to plan around the visits. If you let them know you are doing something yourself, they'll let you know how best to fit that in, or modify their own applications. I've been with them for years, and I'm very happy.

Everything went well. They always leave a summary of what was done. They also let you know what steps you need to take to keep the lawn healthy.

Very professional. Every use plower to remove any thata has gotten on driveway or sidewalks. (other companies did not do this) I asked because I have pets, to be called the day before application. Always get a call or voice message.

Too soon to tell-Lawn in front looks better than rear where there are a number of burnt out spots who causes are unknown as there has been adequate rainfall thus far this year.

Normally I get a lawn care company and after a year or so they become very complacent with their service. Also if there is a new type of weed that comes up these companies want additional money. Normally I keep these companies about two years before getting rid of them. NaturaLawn continues to provide great service and treats any new or odd weeds with no additional charge. I also have them do over seeding and aeration every year. Looking at the yard in comparison to the neighbors and you can definitely tell that the grass is much greener and fuller. I have kept this company longer than any other lawn care company.

Quick efficient and provider is always available to talk about any concerns or new issues. Very aware protecting our dogs with applications.

I've had them for years and years. I think they're fabulous.

They're good. We've used them for three years.

They do a pretty good job out there. They come out like six times a year and treat the lawn and so far so good. They usually give me a call ahead of time when they come around. There is no contract. I get all the care one at a time, but so far so good. Actually I don’t have time to do it myself, all this fertilizing and things like that, but they are pretty good. They charge $28 a treatment and it’s pretty reasonable and the lawn really looks good. When I call, they are right there the next day.

I’ve had them for a number of years and I am mostly pleased. I had a couple of years where I had a lot of crop grass and some burning with the chemical that has been mostly corrected.

Love them. They have been very hassle free. They use less harsh chemicals. I pay for the year.

It went really well. I use them for years. They give discount if you pay at the 31st of the previous year. They're very dependable and we had some problems and they were able to diagnose the problem and treated. They're ready with the solution.

I am very happy with them. I've used other lawn service before but I like them better. I'd give them high grade on quality. They do a good job. They do mosquito treating and deer treating if you need that, but it was pretty expensive. They are very responsive. They kind of schedule it and do it on a regular basis. I never know when they're going to come and they just come. They are very professional. They come to your door and tell you what they're doing.
