Description of Work: Scheduled lawn feeding of natural organic-based nutrients, treated broadleaf weeds and monitored for turf damage. As usual,it went very well. I have been using NaturaLawn of America for more than 10 years and have always been very satisfied with their work, professionalism, results, communication and recommendations. I would strongly recommend them particularly if you are looking for lawn service that uses organically based materials rather than the typical, more toxic ones.

Description of Work: We set up a program thru Naturalawn to provide lawn care and weed reduction for our home's lawn. We found them punctual and professional in their dealings with us and at a reasonable cost. After one year with Naturalawn our lawn's appearance is much improved!

I used this comapny for two seasons but I am not renwing the contract. The weed control was mediocre , but when they killed most of my lawn this summer that was it. They applied weed control and I noticed a day later there were a few brown spots that used to be grass. When they came out the next month I showed them the spots and the person spraying told me that they had fired the guy who used to be my techncian for bad work. The new guy sprayed and the next day, almost all of my lawn was dead. I called the company and a represenative came out and said it was the type of grass I had. Since most of my neighbors have the same grass and their grass was not dead and brown I diusputed that claim. He agreed to reseed which they did. I still am looking for a new lawn company because the quality of lawn care was fluctuated so much. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |

Hello Mrs. [Member name], Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are always looking for the opportunity to improve ourselves. It is always our goal to provide you with the best possible service and have the best possible lawn care technician treating your lawn. The reason that your lawn showed a greater level of stress this summer than some of your neighbors is because your lawn has a high population of bluegrass. Most lawns in this area either have all tall fescue or a mixture of bluegrass and tall fescue. Both grasses look very similar, but bluegrass is much more stress prone than tall fescue. The bluegrass was not able to handle the summer conditions, and therefore showed a heavy amount of dormancy in the late summer this year. Because we use safer and more gentle products, our treatments do not cause browning during the summer and in fact aid in the lawn in resisting the impacts of summer heat and drought. When you called us about the browning, we immediately sent our customer service manager Ross to your lawn. He observed the bluegrass and recognized why your lawn was showing stress from the weather. At that time, regardless of our treatment's impacts on the lawn, Ross chose to schedule a repair if your lawn through aeration and seeding at no charge. It was our goal to make your lawn right, regardless of the reason it was showing so much summer stress. The grass we planted this fall is still very immature and will continue to mature as we move through next spring. By next June, the tall fescue we planted will be much more mature and your lawn will be in much better shape. Since we introduced a higher quality, more stress tolerant grass to your lawn, your lawn is much more likely to make it through the summer. It was our goal to make things right and we did everything in our power to do so. All we ask now is that you give us until next June to see the results of the fall seeding we provided at no charge. If you switch services next spring, the progress you see will be a result of the work we completed this fall. We will be giving you a call to discuss your lawn and see if there is anything else we can do to continue working with you into next year. We have put forth a lot of effort to give you the best service possible and I am sorry that we have not conveyed this effort very well to you. Have a great day. Bill Wilson NaturaLawn of America

It is our goal when the program begins to set the expectation that every property responds differently to a mosquito program. Each property is unique and due to the nature of flying insects, response can vary. We do not require a contract, as we always want our customers to only stay with our program if you are happy with the results. I also see that you did not take advantage of our free service calls.
