They were recommended to us by a neighbor. Their work was good and they used natural products. The main thing was that we did not have to do the work ourselves. Their pricing was comparable to that of the others. I haven't had any interaction with their customer service.

So far, I feel good about their service. My lawn was in pretty bad shape and will take quite a bit of work. It looks encouraging so far!

It was not cheap because I have a large property. They did very good work and now the seeds are coming up. Even though it?s a big company, you can talk to them.

This is going well so far. They have been out once. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been very pleased with this company - Rob's responsiveness, his prompt return of calls, his knowledge of his products and the analysis of our lawn. We have been using this service for our lawn care for 1 year and the difference in the overall condition of our lawn is quite remarkable. He always leaves us details about the application and suggestions regarding lawn care. We can walk on the lawn and our dog can be on the lawn 1 hour after the application with no adverse affects being noted. We have been pleased with this company and would not hesitate to recommend it to an interested customer.

We were amazed by how quickly the weeds died and by the amount of grass we actually still have in our lawn.

Naturalawn of American West is good to analyze what my yard needs. I've known the owners for years and they are good, responsible businessmen. Their prices are very good. I've also had them add fertilizer which they do very well. This is a good lawn service.

The technician that handles our house is named Marty and he's done an excellent job. He services our lawn quarterly. The whole company has been very good to deal with. If anything is ever wrong they respond immediately and they are very professional. We're very pleased with them.

I am pleased with the results. I definitely see a difference in the front where we had their normal treatment applied. The grass is greener and the weeds are gone. In the back we had the non-chemical treatment applied. Because there were no chemicals used, the weeds are still there, but the grass does look greener. After every application, they leave a bill that details what was applied. They actually called one time to see how we liked the service. The few times I have called the company the employees have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I definitely plan on using them again next year.

We had a problem with weeds and bare spots in the lawn for a couple of years before using their services. Our lawn is looking much better this year, (our 2nd year using them) the best it has since we bought our house. They always call to tell us when they are coming and are very polite. I think they are reasonably priced for their services. We plan to continue using them.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD AND WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR FOUR TO FIVE YEARS NOW. FIRST, THEY ESTABLISHED THE YARD; NOW, THEY KEEP IT UP. THEY COME DURING THE DAY WHEN NOBODY IS HOME, SO IT'S VERY CONVENIENT.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY LEAVE A NOTE WITH ALL THE SERVICES THAT THEY PERFORMED THAT DAY. THE PRICE IS VERY COMPETITIVE. THEY HAVE BEEN MY LAWN SERVICE FOR OVER 20 YEARS.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. EVERY YEAR OUR LAWN DIES FOR A DIFFERENT REASON. WE HAVE SUFFERED FROM GRUBBS AND OTHER DISEASES. WE HAVE WEEDS AND CRABGRASS AS WELL.

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS FANTASTIC. THEY ARE GREAT AT MAKING MY LAWN LOOK NATURAL. THE GRASS LOOKS NICE AND THICK, AND I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY WEEDS AS OF YET. THEY ARE ALSO ON TIME.

THEY KEEP TRACK FOR ME OF WHEN THE TREATMENTS NEED DONE. WE WENT WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY ONLY USE ALL NATURAL THINGS, NO CHEMICALS. THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT ARRIVING WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. I LIKE THE WAY THE LAWN LOOKS, WEED FREE, NICE AND GREEN. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT, USE NATURAL PRODUCTS INSTEAD OF INSECTICIDES.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY NATURALAWN. WE CHOSE THEM BECAUSE THEY USE ORGANIC BASED PRODUCTS WHICH ARE SAFER FOR CHILDREN AND PETS. WE COULD SEE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR LAWN AFTER THE FIRST TREATMENT.
