Response from NaturaLawn of America - Baltimore West
Hello, I apologize if our services last year did not meet your expectations. It is really important to us to set realistic expectations with all our new customers. When you started last May, we did our best to let you know that by starting in the middle of May, that the first summer would show improvement, but would be very far from showing the full potential of your lawn. It often takes 2-3 years for any lawn care program to show the full results. Unfortunately last year, per your request, we were only able to complete 2 of the 5 treatments scheduled for 2014. Had we been able to complete the fall treatments that were scheduled, the weeds would have been addressed at that time. I am again sorry we did not meet expectations, but with the treatments we were allowed to complete, the expectations could not have been met realistically. I also apologize if there has been a mix up someone visiting your lawn for an evaluation. The most recent contact began on May 13th when [member name removed] asked that we call him to set up a time to meet. His technician Ky called 5 times within about a week and a half to schedule a meeting and on the 6th call, [member name removed] answered and told Ky he was on vacation and would call us upon his return. This was several weeks ago. Upon reading this review this morning, I promptly called [member name removed] this morning and he would like me to check back next week to set up a time to meet on his lawn. We truly care about everyone's results, and will go to any length to create a plan that will work, but we can only move at the speed that mother nature allows and most of all I am sorry if we did not set the correct expectations clearly enough.
