Went to look at flooring, Katlin is so knowledgeable and helpful, she spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. Price was great and they do furniture moving, etc. excited to have new floors installed!!

The team at Mercer did a great job in scoping out my wood floor project. They (Sean) came to my house and made recommendations I had not considered. The installers also had the challenge of installing 3 small wood medallions and the end product looks great. 3 cheers for Mercer Carpet One Floor and Home.

What an amazing experience! We've been struggling with an old cat urine smell in the basement carpet for a while. Katlin provided top notch, 20/10 customer service and thoroughly explained our options and the services provided. On installation day, Dan and his assistant were prompt and got the job done in one day (including superior customer service and being super friendly!) They even added an extra layer of odor protection for us. Our floor looks beautiful now and I can't wait to decorate our new space. Thank you, Mercer's
