He was very knowledgeable and he is a super nice guy.. He did nice work and was reasonably priced. Took a couple of calls to finally get the estimate.

Fast, courteous - came by the same day and answered all my questions.

I would have given him 5 stars across the board but I've been waiting over 2 weeks for an estimate that he was suppose to have in a couple of days. I called him after a week and he said I would have it but I'm still waiting. Other than that he did a great job. We are very happy with his work and would like to use him in the future.

Mark was the complete professional. He installed TV cable drops in 4 rooms and installed wiring for a ceiling fan.Arrived on time and completed the work quickly and did a great clean-up afterwards.

The real problem was the difficulty of getting a response from them. The whole thing took about 11 days, which seems way too much for a simple fixture repair. I was told on Monday the guy would come Tuesday, calling first. Neither happened. Then we had the terrible ice storm, which knocked out power apparently to the business for days. I understand that delay; what I never understood was the non-appearance on Tuesday. I know things can come up so an appointment must be broken, but this was before any weather problems, and in any case should not have prevented a simple phone call.
