My first positive experience was that they showed up on time. The workers were very curtious and did a beautiful job. They even took the time and helped my grandaughter put her hand prints in the porch. I would definitely recommend Legacy Contracting. !00% professional business from the owner and his wife to the actual men that do the work.

We are very pleased with Legacy Contracting; everyone we dealt with was very professional. We had our old asphalt driveway removed and a double parking pad and sidewalk poured. Our work was scheduled for June of 2009. We were impressed with the care Legacy took to make sure the work would be done in the best possible conditions. June in Baltimore this year were very wet, raining just about every day. Most concrete companies would have poured even if the weather conditions weren�t right so they could collect their money and move on. But Legacy did it the right way, not the convenient way for them and when conditions were right Legacy worked quickly and efficiently and our job was finished in 2 days. It was a very good experience. The company was very professional and honest.

I went into the contract with this company expecting what George and I talked about and agreed on. That is now what I received, although he did receive his money. He gave me his word on how he was going to do the job and did not live up to his word and changed how things were going to be done as he went along. Over all I would have a problem recommending this company. Next time I will get EVERYTHING IN WRITTING ON HOW AND WHAT IS TO BE DONE.

The owner, George, was here to provide oversight on first morning....Outstanding artisan work in demolishing old concrete driveway/walkway and relocating concrete slabs to line storm drain area. Excellent cleaning out of old debris, lining the dirt banks to prevent further erosion.... also demolished old storage shed. In addition, crew leveled out an area where we are going to put our above-ground pool. Dirt excavated was relocated to low spots in our lawn. Followed up with grass seeding/straw cover. We actually had Legacy out twice to bid a project ... the first time, we could not move forward due to an emergency project at our home. But they made such a good first impression that when we had the money to move forward on a driveway project, we had them out again for an updated estimate. The project involved removing trees, re-grading a huge area, installing two drainage ditches, and installing a 400-foot gravel driveway last November (2009). Legacy started when they said they could; they kept us apprised of progress; and they were responsive to our questions before, during, and after the project. They are a good resource.

We put a call out for our septic problem response time was excellent. Their service is excemptional. Very professional and curtious. I recommend them very highly. George and his crew did a wonderful job.

We had an emergency involving an overflow of septic waste in the lower level of our home. Legacy responded immediately and came by the same day (within a couple of hours) to determine whether they could provide some immediate relief. The very next day, although it required major work, they were able to get everything working with our septic tank again. They were professional, responsive and concerned about our situation and we would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much for your prompt and thorough service.

These guys are great- they arrived the next day and stayed on the job until the perc test was done. They then ended up extending the job to fixing the septic system and finished everything and cleaned up after themselves. Most important to me, George (the boss) let one of his people go attend to his sick kid halfway through the job. He came up and explained the situation and apologized for the delay. Any employer who values his employee's family situation over the job is OK by me! The job got attended to as soon as possible. A class act....
