Wonderful. Brian came out and was very helpful and honest. I explained what I needed and based on our conversation he referred me to someone that specializes in what I needed so I could get the best outcome. He clearly is driven on being a kind, honest person. I would definitely put him first in line for any work I contract out.

We couldn't be happier with Hoffman Landscaping! The workmanship is high quality and the job was done on time and on budget. We had just rescued two dogs, and wanted to get our yard fenced in as soon as possible. Hoffman worked our fence install into their busy schedule, and returned soon after to install our paver walkway and patio. We love to sit on our new patio and watch our dogs run around the yard!

Brian was professional and genuine from the start. He clearly explained the process, worked flexibly on scheduling, and was accommodating around challenging access issues to the backyard space. The best part about using Hoffman was the work. The patio looks great. I couldn't be more satisfied and they will definitely be my first option for future work.

They offer a special deal, but yet they never contact you!!! So tired of these companies! If you don't want to work, don't list on Angie's List!!!

I am impressed with the customer service I received and overall experience. The owner was in touch with me first, within couple of days of purchasing the offer. The communication was ongoing and in timely manner it terms of date and time of arrival. I feel my needs were listened and executed in the design. The design exceeded my expectations. I am highly recommending Hoffman Landscaping.

Mr. Hoffman provided a detailed sketch, including a chart that showed what would be planted where. He worked with us on an additional detail that we ultimately decided not to incorporate. He went with us to a place that sold pavers, to help us make a selection. He told us when the work would be scheduled. He showed up when he said he would. The crew worked each day until the project was completed. The finished product is beautiful, and definitely looks even nicer than we would have expected. The project came in on budget, except for a last-minute extra we requested.

They arrived on time and did exactly what they were supposed to do. I was very satisfied, they paid attention detail and completed the job within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to others. They picked up and delivered the mulch at no extra cost. They also went over the time a little bit that was included in the deal, but did not charge for the additional time needed to complete the job. Brian, the owner, is very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything and everything looked perfect.

We ended up settling for about $1300. In terms of just overall, I felt that their job, they did a very good job. There was one thing that we had to follow up with them on that the initial guys didn't do, but they were quick to follow up on it and get it done. The only other comment I wanted to make was that they initially were going to come out one day but they couldn't so I had to contact them. They said they were running behind so they came the next day. It was no real inconvenience for us, in terms of that. I know that people get backed up and such. Other than that, I mean, I thought they did a really good job and I thought it was at a very reasonable price. For responsiveness, I would give that more of a "B", I guess, just because of the one thing. I would use them again. I definitely would.

Was unable to get a window for installation, I was concerned as I wanted to dovetail this project in with other projects I had planned. Brian , the owner informed me of a possibility of late June install, I asked if he could offer a 2 week window in the future so that I could contact my other contractors to arrange their work before and after this window. I was informed that due to the nature of the business this was impossible. I was uncomfortable with that and contacted Angie's list for a refund , I received one voice mail from someone , I see that purchase has been removed from my purchase history but I received no official notification of an adjustment. I am sure Mr Hoffman does excellent work, given the time constraints of the offer and the other projects I wanted to have planned I asked for a refund My main concern is with Angies List business model now 1. Why did the chat function mysteriously disappear after I requested a refund? 2. Why was the purchase removed from my history with no refund issued? 3. When will I get confirmation of my refund ?

This company is awesome. They did a beautiful job, edged for me and cleaned up and removed all debris. They even took out a dead bush so the front of the house looks amazing! I will definitely call them again.

The company did an excellent job. What I appreciated the most was that they were up front with their schedule and we were made fully aware before they bid the job that they were booked for a few weeks. Their price was by far the best, so we made the decision to wait and were very glad we did.

The crew at Hoffman Landscaping were fabulous. The began work when they said they would. It took them four days to transform our mess of a yard into a work of art! We would highly recommend this company and will certainly hire them again!

Brian Hoffman and his staff are true professionals. Brian came as scheduled at our first appointment to provide an estimate for the maintenance and repair work on pavers on the front walk, the front porch, and the patio in the back yard. We agreed on a time to do the work. The price quoted was also very reasonable. The work was performed in an outstanding professional manner. When it became clear that the job could not be completed as planned because it would have created a problem of accessibility for the homeowner, they decided to stop working and to continue and finish the job on the following day making a second trip to the job site. The quality of the work was outstanding.

Brian and his team did a great job. It took a few months to get them here but that was fine because we expect someone good to be busy. One year later, the walkway looks great. Brian also figured out how to re-grade our front area to eliminate a step which is wonderful for my customers with disabilities.

We've been wanting to do a patio and driveway for the past 5 years. We shopped around for quotes, designs, etc...and finally decided on doing a patio and found Hoffman Landscaping late in our search. Brian was friendly, helpful, responsive and professional from the beginning. He was able to cover all of our design ideas and gave us a great price. The patio turned out GREAT and my wife and I are VERY happy with the outcome. Brian obviously takes pride in his work and took his time to do things right. Working with Hoffman Landscaping was stress-free and had the feel like they were friends of the family, doing us a favor. We would highly recommend and plan on using them for other projects in the future.

Brian was great to work with on this project. His business is family owned and the team was small but very efficient. He said it would take less than a week and they finished in 4 days. We had several estimates and he was very competitive in price. He provided a contract with details of the job and breakdowns of the costs of different parts of the project. He made us feel at ease with him and there was no sales pitch - a joy to deal with. He provided guidance and help on the design in the beginning but was open to our ideas. He made suggestions if needed to help us. It was our decision in the end. We were very comfortable with him and viewed his website for examples of his work - he delivers just like the examples. He implemented the work beautifully. He could not start due to significant rains that delayed other work and our yard could not have sustained work until the rains subsided anyway. The finished work blends well with the new addition and deck. There is a stone wall installed as part of the deck construction and all the materials recommended worked well with the wall and deck colors. A step was needed between two sections of patio and he used the same stone wall material to blend everything. Sometimes you imagine how something might look and Brian delivered it. They took care of all materials, equipment and cleaned up afterwards with seeding/hay of the areas disturbed around the yard. He replaced our fence rails each night so we could take our dog out. He actually took two areas of dirt and sod from old gardens and spread them as part of the terrain and seeded that area as well. All that we need to do is plant our shrubs and have the parties! Highly recommended!
