I used them for several years and finally after seeing a decline in the quality of services over the last couple of years, I finally parted ways. It appears also that in getting prices from other providers, that I was overpaying too.

After only six months, our front lawn looks SO MUCH BETTER. It is no longer a source of embarrassment. Green Way can be, as another reviewer noted, a bit hard to line up initially, but -- once on their contract -- no one else compares. They take their time, give helpful tips (written and placed by the door), and do not bother you while they work their magic. The secret is, it seems to me, in the careful aeration (twice/year) and over-seeding. While I appreciate the desire for a quick call-back and immediate placement on their schedule (I myself had to call a couple times to get them out here the first time), if I had to choose between a marketing focus and excellence in actual lawn care, I'd certainly choose the lawn care! Green Way delivers.

Last march someone came out to give me an estimate, I called them back the following week and asked if the person would please come back again so we could refigure the estimate do a change in the area needing service. I never heard from them. I called again in September and explained that I would like someone to come out and give me an estimate. The girls stated that she was filling in and she would relay the message. No one ever called. I called a third time leaving a detailed message. I have yet to hear from them. I think that they probably do a nice job, but I cannot get a returned phone call to use them.

Have used other lawn treatment services in the past, including national brands, but none of them compare with the quality of service and attention to detail of Green Way Lawns, Inc. My lawn is healthy and looks beautiful!
